Hey, this is great. I'm learning a new perspective again. A while back I watched Rick Beato's "What makes this song great" about "Every Little Thing....", and he described the bass line as the 1st 4 notes of the Lydian scale. I've never actually learned it, so I didn't realize the C# bass was the inverted V. Very cool. Great footage of young Sting on the young Computer. haha! That's awesome. Where'd that come from?

Nice vid Asif! I Love the series, it’s really cool and educational. I also have a question related to Big Picture, How really bad is the quality of a vhs tape that contains a music video? I’ve never seen such a degraded tape back then, and i think that digitalization might worsen the quality at some point.
What they should've done is put the tape onto DVD earlier
I'd say DVD was relevant enough and mainstream by 2000 (5 Years After The Video Was Made) but they probably forgot that thing existed which led to it degrading

@@Ike_From_Discord yup - - you got it -- back then, we just didn't think of doing much data archiving ourseolves -- it was always a record company or video team doing things like that-- they likely have all of it -- but are all extinct now...
@asifshakingthetree not to mention the fact that y'all forgot about this for so long and it probably wasn't placed in a good place which led to it degrading over time
@@asifshakingthetree I know for sure that much music needs to have it... also the director and others who worked on the music video..... there's also a chance that a slightly higher quality version could be in your unmarked tapes!
