I play this video on every free day that I get. I try to complete 10 sessions with 10 mins break like he does, but not once I've got it done! It's like a goal for me right now, to work/study/or do anything productive that I like for 10 hours with tiny breaks in between. I just can't seem to get it done,always some excuse man. I think 6 is optimal if you're in uni, 9-10 is good before hard exams but 12 is surely too much, I wouldn't recommend it for longer than a week max, it will really wear you out and be counter productive
I am fasting right now.... I might be able to do this but not that early in the morning and probably only 8 hours (12 hours will drain me). I might start at 7am and finish it at 3pm. So I will be looking forward to do this now :)
