This guy is an undercover antifa member wearing Trump gear, pretending to hate Biden/masks, and drape himself with American colors. True patriots and Republicans never stormed the capitol. This was all a ploy from the FBI, the Democrats, and antifa. It's good that all of these frauds are getting put in jail because it's nobody on our side.

@@shadoughbanned What are you accusing them of doing or not doing? The Speaker was w VP Pence being moved to a secure location. They were going to hang the VP and assassinate that Speaker. The Capitol was breached @1:12pm. The DOD,under the direction of Gen. Charles Flynn and Lt Gen Piatt, scheduled a mission for 2:30pm to decide which to do about it. In the meantime, members of Congress were calling and texting Mark Meadows telling him to have trump call off his domestic terrorists. Three FOX ENTERTAINMENT talkshow hosts did the same. What was the CIC doing for 187 minutes while our government was experiencing the worst attack since 1812. trump planned, financed and executed the failed coup d'etat attempt. MSP CERT and the National Guard sat at the DC/MD border for 2.5 hrs hours waiting for permission to enter. Gov. Hogan had received a call from our congressional representative who relayed the dire situation @ the Capitol. Finally, Gov Hogan received permission for the MD National Guard to enter DC from The Secretary of the Army, Brian McCarthy. trump and his domestic terrorists in Congress haven't been held accountable either. It goes all the way to the top. Straight to the Mango Mousolini. If they are all innocent, why are they doing everything in their power to stall or stop the investigation? Their cellphone records alone tell a horrid tale. It wasn't Speaker Pelosi or Mayor Bowser. The insurrectionists are very proud of their attempt to overthrow our government and overturn an election. They were ruining their lives for trump and he has abandoned them. They are in jail. Where is the money the republicons have been scamming to pay for the insurrectionists legal defense? In the pockets of their Cult leader.

They won't be adult enough blame themselves and be accountable for their actions. The media wasn't throwing improvised spears, or slinging fire extinguishers.

Let's hope the judge throws the book at Jeremy Brown. You notice how defiant he is now. Once his lawyers see all the evidence against him, they'll coax him to take a plea deal. Then Brown will put on an act of being remorseful and contrite. Any judge worth their salt will see through that act.

Even here I think those kinds of actions those people took that day should warrant at LEAST ten year sentences if done here.
63 months for participating in a coup attempt is a farce in any judicial system. Parole after a year? Wouldn't surprise me at all.

I imagine it's difficult to prosecute for such a specific crime when there was such a large group. It would be to easy to argue against attempted murder, again their lawyers would only have to argue that he didn't intend to kill an officer rather than argue what he did.
Assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon is much easier to prove (ensured he got a felony at least) Max in DC for that would be 10 years, this was 5.25 or so. There might be sentencing guidelines that regularly sentence far lower (most states do that). In this case he isn't linked to any specific injury which is probably why it wasn't even higher.

Minimum capital security police on hand, step two. Step three have the fbi posing as trump supporters with inflammatory remarks planted in the crowd to try and work up a storm which worked. All these steps were well planned out because they needed an insurance policy that trump couldn’t ever run again. That’s what this was about. The proof is in the voter turn out.
