How To Monetize Fast On YouTube: What NO ONE Tells You - CRITICAL Tips And Lessons (Must Watch)

- In this video I talk about all the lessons I have learned and the tips that worked for me on my path to get in monetized quickly. Unfortunately when I started posting on TH-cam with the objective to be monetized, I could not find answers to most of my questions or concerns despite searching the Internet extensively. This video is designed to answer most of the questions that gnu TH-camrs will have in one place and to talk about subject matters that TH-camrs don’t typically tell you about. The subject matters include the following:
1. Why you should treat your TH-cam channel like a business from day one if your objective is to make money from it.
2. Why TH-camrs should use the analytics to optimize their TH-cam channel with a focus on things like average view duration, CPM, how viewer demographics, click through rate (CTR) etc.
3. Why TH-camrs should spend time on their thumbnails and do them before they are done editing their videos and not leaving them for last.
4. Why it’s not necessary for TH-camrs to wear a different outfit every time they post a video.
5. Why TH-camrs should not focus on subscribers after they have monetized but instead focus on delivering quality content to drive or view duration and views.
6. Why creating longer but engage videos on TH-cam will allow TH-camrs to optimize their channels from a financial perspective.
7. How TH-camrs can make their videos more engaged in.
8. The fact that TH-camrs will get paid for views after they have been monetized even for those videos created before they were monetized. I they just don’t get the views paid that they received before being monetized.
9. The fact that family and friends don’t typically support your success on TH-cam and tips on where to get your support from.
10. Why TH-camrs on their path to being monetized should create their AdSense account ahead of time.
11. What does it mean to get a copyright claim and how to handle it and the impact.
12. How to leverage high CPM niche and content to earn more on TH-cam with less views.
13. What’s your best course of action to take to optimize the fact that TH-cam will please ads on your videos before they are monetized.
14. How to use the time while waiting to be monetized to learn everything about TH-cam that you can to be able to optimize your channels potential.
15. How to use Google trends to create videos that grab and captivate your audience.

What I really wanted to hear as a New TH-camr , I'm still on 14 Subscribers and 4000 views hence most of the views are coming from shorts and only 300 views from my vedios but running on average watch time of +5 mins ,I was feeling so low thinking I'm not trying better ,but listening to you now put a smile on my face , I will keep pushing and go through all your vedios to get more and more rich information... Pure gems yet again so far (still watching). I agree with you on the investment aspect of it. I agree that things will get better overtime, but give it your best from the start… and oh, with transferring files from your iPhone (if you have an iPad) airdrop is your best friend. Super fast transfer between apple devices. Great video so far
Thanks for your kind and encouraging feedback. I just subscribed to your channel, didn’t realize you were active on TH-cam. I certainly will be checking out your content. We see eye to eye on several points which is great. Yes, you are right about AirDrop however if I don’t select transfer all data when transferring the quality gets compromised and if it’s a large file like mine are and I select include all photo data it does take a long time to transfer and that’s the only way to preserve the 4K quality. So it does work great for me with smaller files but with the larger files it’s also time consuming. Nevertheless thank you for making the recommendation as I am learning so much on this platform from my TH-cam family.

I really did not consider that you were probably shooting your videos in 4K. I usually shoot mine in 1080 and sometimes upscale it in post production. I can see how airdrop would not be a very feasible option.
I recently made the investment and bought a camera for shooting my videos and it has stepped up my production value by a considerable amount. Plus my workflow is simplified because I can just pop out the SD card and put it in my laptop as opposed to airdropping or uploading to google drive.
I believe that on any day, content value will always be more important than production value, however, if you believe that your content is THAT good, then you will always try to ensure the production value is just as good. Thanks again for the video!

In my experience friends are never good clients, a few of them may come around when they see your success and then they brag about you but to rely on them is disappointing. Thank you for sharing such crucial information, its obvious that you're enjoying yourself. Did youtube analytics give you CPM information before you got monetized ?
You are most welcome. Thank you for watching. And you are certainly right as it pertains to friends. A few of mine are supportive but the vast majority are watching from the sidelines and to your point, they claimed you when you have success. You actually will not see CPM data before being monetized on your TH-cam analytics. That said, I watch hundreds of TH-cam videos when I decided I wanted to go down this path and I did a ton of research to understand how best to optimize my channel and that is where I got the information about CPM.

So essentially the longer the viewer watches the more money the channel owner gets right.Also is it true that if I watch the ads and don’t skip them You get more money too?
Yes the longer they watch the more you earn. When I buy ads from google for our business they charge me for impressions on TH-cam and google even if someone watches an advertisement for only 5 seconds, even if the ad is 30 seconds. This is why I believe that TH-cam pays for ad impressions even when the entire advertisement isn't watched. That said, I am speculating as I don't know this for a fact but I will figure it out after I start earning and will share.

If you look at your videos you will see that the videos which had less views ( and this video is one of them) always contains how to do something with an effort 😅 any video will contain how to be rich in a minute, get $100,000 with one click 😅, earn money while you sleeping 😅, work from home in your Pyjamas 😅 will always has the most view and higher click through rate 😅 it is simply that most ppl are lazy and are looking for an easy life and the dream of getting a lot of money too fast and with doing nothing 😅.
