Golem punches delete your character out of existence, yes, and also a bit of your soul in the process, that's also true, but in my case I always vibe in the Sanctuary cause the music 🔥.

Things are getting serious theme.
This theme is absolutely majestic, I'd gladly listen and immerse myself into it if it weren't for those fucking Apostates reviving hoards of enemies every two seconds.
Killing the Apostate who brougth them back immediately sends those undead mobs back to the grave, some for a third time.
And the homonculous archers just appearing out of thin air every 2 sexonds

Got the Queen DLC, so only now I'm getting to know this fucking amazing piece! So, Arboretum, Slumbering Sanctuary, the Food Merchant, Conjuctivius, Clock Tower, the Hand, and now this, are all my favorites.

I hope the Undying Shores are accessible through the Stilt Village, it would make a lot of sense.
Great theme, we don't have anything like this in the game right now, it makes the action sound much more... calculated.
Oh I am undoubtedly certain it will be, especially since stilt village is right on the docks. They might just have to make another entrance top of the tower next to clock tower since Shores looks like it's way high up
I personally think it'll replace stilt village with how split paths with bosses look in the game
@@qwp1884 wait, that actually works. Shores is an alternative to Stilt Village, because of the background, and then Shrines is the Slumbering Sanctuary alt. The yellow tones of the Shrines background and all the traps everywhere are actually pretty reminiscent of the open areas of the Sanctuary, so maybe the Shrines area is located above it?
@@SpitFyre37 Shrines is a stilt village alt and shores is a clock tower alt. They’ll probably be disconnected from the rest of the areas like the areas from the first DLC were

Because Slammers are test subjects that became too strong and escaped. They scattered wherever they could get to, and it turns out that a failed experiment feels at home within a group of disgusting half-homunculi, masses of toxic goo, and dark scientists who can bring back the dead.

The DLCs are almost necessary imo, they really add a lot to the experience; base game is just not enough variety
So yeah, I highly recommend buying DLCs of this game, specially Fatal Falls and Queen’s DLC

Absolutely, every single DLC in this game is well worth getting and adds a ton of content both gameplaywise and storywise.
Don't take this the wrong way, but I think this one doesn't put me in the adrenaline zone like earlier tunes from this marvelous OST. Up until, and including the song from Barrels of Fun are some of the best VGM ever, so don't be discouraged by my criticism.

Jesus christ these songs you're dropping just have me more excited than I already was for this DLC. If I've seen anything from the Morass, Sanctuary, Cavern, or ANYWHERE else, your music is good on its own, but the way you play off the feel of a level just makes for an experience I haven't found in any other game.
EXTREMELY hyped for this DLC. You've been knocking it out of the park with these.

It feels so near yet so far away.
The Undying Shores felt like a fever dream.
I was wondering why enemies were respawning, then I realized why it's called The Undying Shores.
Also, going down instead of up or sideways was kind of trippy.
Oh, yeah, I was also sick when I played it so that probably has something to do with it.

I always have a really hard time whenever I go to fractured shrines/undying shores, but I just can't help myself from coming back to these places. The atmosphere fits with the Dead Cells lore very well, and oh god the music, it's just too good. Just hope I was better at this game as I'm still stuck in 2BC (started around 2 weeks ago).
Two weeks? It took me over a month to get to 2BC, dayum

I love the fact that some people started to leave the island! But it seems something stopped so of them (but there being wrecked ships in the background). What stopped them? And will we even hear from them after the fact?
perhaps it was the promise the apostates gave them. the promise of life.
The Queen and the Servants sank their ships. Or, more accurately, they extinguished the Lighthouse and the ships crashed into rocks, blind of where they are going. Still, the Queen has the ability to sink ships.
this is one of the best tracks in the game
Nothing quite like waking up to a new Dead Cells track. Pretty much guarantees that the day is gonna be a good one.
