Now them thar's the real violinaires rat dar!!! I had the wonderful experience of singing with these guys !!! Jesse Shot and smitty! And of course the man himself, mr. Robert Blair!! All are gone, but I'll never forget what they taught me about stage performance!!
I remember seeing The Violinares wearing those suits in Oakland in 1974! Only Jesse McDaniels wasn't there, these guys are my favorite & Mr Blair is my favorite lead singer!! Long live traditional gospel quartets
@@jamesmorgan4800 my bad friend misunderstood you I wished I could have seen this set of Violinaires but I was too young the furthest I can go is with Danny Robert Tito Wesley Frank BoBo David Cartrick and Mr Blair and that’s when Doctor Jesus was hot but I heard these guys here were the truth
those were the days when Brothers were discriminated for those AFROS. They were inspected thoroughly after coming out of a super market or Stores. to make sure they weren"t Stealing items hidden in their hair.
I don't think there will ever be another group as astounding as the Violinaires as they had a gift and a sound all their own .
Never will forget the first time I saw them when Blair asked, "violinaires are you ready " couldn't believe what I was hearing!!!
