I’d buy Wicked Mix records just for these funk/electro remixes. Most of the time, these records had the current hip hop R&B songs on them, but also included one of these old school funk/electro remixes. I didn’t need the hip hop songs since I’d use double copies of the 12” singles and mix in with the instrumentals.
