Portable, Electric Fireproofing Pump Sprays up to 40 Bags per Hour

C.M. Morris Group is finding success with Graco's new ToughTek F800e fireproofing pump at the Cosmos building, a concert venue as well as retail and office space in Madison, Wisconsin. Using GCP Applied Technologies' MONOKOTE MK-10 HB, the F800e has provided an output of 35 to 40 bags per hour allowing the crew to spray more than 200 bags in an eight-hour work day. Thanks to it's small footprint, the F800e fits through standard doorways and weighs less than 400 pounds, making it easy to maneuver around the job site.

Yes! I was with OMNI FP in Cincy when they sprayed 3 nozzles off of 1 in 2 shifts....1200 a day. Sprayed a lot with them myself but there is a surge with GCP products.

Not supposed to. very portable though and easy to maintain compared with ANY piston pump. you can run a 5/8'' supershield with them at 35 BPH no problem!

yes. scratch coat then once at required thickness trowel smooth.

200 bags a day if you're set up right and have the real-estate. If you know me then you know what I say is true. If you don't know me then you don't know what 1200 bags a day is like either. Been there done that 56000 bags in three months. I've got the proof what do you have?

Beams and columns no problem...Problem these days is no one wants to hold the gun for more than 4 hours...
