From the USC Financial Aid website:
"... Tuition is charged at the same rate for both in-state and out-of-state residents...."
It's expensive for everyone, resident or not.

I'm going to do one full year at a community college and transfer as a sophomore. I'm going to take the SAT and the ACT and get super high scores and get accepted.

I like the dorms with 3 people. They looks very nice and big. Definitely gonna be applying here this year

One thing that's not world class are the dorms / housing at USC. CSUDH is better, you dont have three types of housing options ( larger house
=larger bill/rent, thats the same at DH) At DH all the dorms are apartment style and fully furnished

I'm a freshman too, but anybody I asked about Trojan Hall reacted in disgust. It's supposed to be the oldest (and crappiest) dorm on campus.
