WOW. The shoes! And clothes. You're so good at this. I've been watching all your videos because I'm seeing things that I pass up and you make $$$$ on, like the plastic halloween toys and stainless steel flatware. I never knew they were worth money. How do you know these things? I went through a bucket of flatware at the goodwill yesterday but I didn't have a clue which ones were valuable. I guess I'm going to have to write down the names of the ones you sell. You said it wasn't easy to find the names or #'s. People have no idea how much work this is. Watching you and others is like a college education... for free! Thank You Tina. I hope you make a ton of money. It's obvious you love what you do.
The plastic halloween pieces I actually bought on a whim because they looked interesting and vintage and it turned out well. I sold those for 149.99 and they would have gone for more if the condition was better. Some things I've learned from years of doing this and something I take risks on, but I am ALWAYS learning and growing my knowledge base because I don't know everything. But learning is part of what makes all of this so much fun.

It is indeed a diorama. From Austria. I just returned from a holiday and saw them for .... € 140-€ 160 ! crazy prices, in my opinion, although it's pure handcraft and good quality wood.

So so happy I found your channel. You're amazing! I can't believe I haven't found you before now. Just love how you vlog going into the rummage sales/thrift stores etc. and your go pro has such fantastic quality n you angle it perfectly so we can see and hear what you're seeing n rummaging though. Hoping that rummage sales are not winding down anytime soon lol!
Thank you! The filming is a work in progress, there are times when the angle isn't where it should be when I'm wearing the chest harness, but I'm getting better with it each time 😊

you should invest in a pull cart that would be cool to have. Just a smaller one that's got like 3 or 4 basket top middle and bottom! That would come in handy when you're at those sales and such! even a baby stroller would be cool and larger! Before I got disabled me and my Mom loved yard sale shopping! we didn't have much money but we had fun anyway.

Do you get a lot of returns? And do you list measurements, or just post the size printed on the shoe. TIA!!
I honestly don't get too many. I give heel measurements and if its a boot i give shaft and circumference at opening

Rummage sales are my absolute favorite! My best rummage sale find was 2 vintage german miller moulded chairs for .50 each! They had these super worn covers on them so looked bear up, I tossed the covers and sold the chairs seperately for a profit of 525$
Those are called dioramas, shadow box rooms, room box, 3D Room box. I just researched them because I found 2 and I wanted to list them on etsy. They sell for a nice price since its all handmade, especially the ones from other countries :)

We have a 2nd hand store here in the city I live in and The people that run the place are Senior Citizen and the very old One of the lady's that worked there was 93. anyway they all live in this very rich community here. The store is very cheap to believe it or not and everything there comes from the well off people. they even have furs and a crystal chandelier. You can look them up the store is called The Good Neighbor Shop here in Lenoir City, TN All the money they get all goes back into our community!

USPS shipping rates have been increasing every year and it is much higher than it was even 5 years ago. Also distance plays a role in it too so the further away, the higher the cost.
How do you box your shoes, do you use a priority box? Also do you charge shipping? Im new to the game and im unsure how to ship. Great shoe haul...
For the most part I use the priority shoe boxes, every now and then I'll use a flat rate padded envelope if the shoes will fit and sometimes a plain bubble envelope if the shoes are light enough to ship first class. I do charge shipping and I use calculated shipping so rates depend on buyers location in relation to mine.
I bought my daughter a cool coffee Stein, says shoe goddess, thought of you too. 😀

Is a church rummage sale stuff members donate to the church to raise money? I have never heard of a church rummage sale or rummage sale period. I know yard sales. Please, explain how this works for this newbie.

All the shoes at the thrift stores here are beat. Once in a while they get in store pulls, and then they mark them sky high.
I totally agree about rummage sales, estate sales and thrifts. The stuff just isn't that good. I went into my favorite Salvation Army last week and the racks were practically BARE! OMG, there was nothing to buy. I usually would walk out with a bag or two but this time I couldn't fill my bag. Rummage sales have a lot of books and CDs - I don't want that :) How much did you pay average each for the shoes?

I have looked for awhile now on relisting charges for eBay. I cannot find the answer and I am turning to an expert for the answer.Are we charged a fee for relisting on an item that did not sale the first time around? Thank you for your help. marcia
Yes, you do get charged when an item is relisted. Or if you have a store subscription like I do, you have free listing included. I have a larger subscription so I have 10,000 listings included each month. I do pay 299.00 a month for that though. There are smaller subscriptions.

Various local papers , signs I see when out and about and Craigslist once in a while, they aren’t always listed there.
