I just want to say i appreciate you for telling us about all the books from the book of the month box. ive seen some people just name the title of the books and only talk about the books that stood out to them! youre the reason why i got botm :)
Thank you so much! I love so many of their titles so I try to talk through all of them to give you guys an idea! (plus I add so many to my shelves as well so I like to treat them like any other book I haul!)
I love to watch your book hauls. It's good to watch younger readers fall in love with books and stories. I can tell you that your book addiction will not get any better with age, so buckle up and enjoy the ride. 🙂
Yay book haul! The High Republic is one of my very favorite things, both of adult, YA, and middle grade books, as well as the adult and all ages comics. (They don't all have to be read to enjoy each part but it makes it even more awesome.) Besides a few must have titles this year, I'm not doing any more big hauls until I get my tbr smaller... which may be impossible, of course! It always seems to grow at just the same rate as I finish things, lol
I'm currently reading The Poppy War and had been looking for more fantasy to read. When you talked about the books of babel I looked them up and seemed perfect for what I was looking for. So I have ordered all 4 books of babel books. Thank you so much for your recommendation 😊
Colm Toibin is great. I really loved Brooklyn and have read it at least 3 times now. Plus I've watched the movie adaptation multiple times. Nora Webster was a bit sad but also beautifully written
Have you read The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende? If you're into multi-generational family stories with magical elements, it might be something to check out. I've been reading it recently and haven't finished yet, but I've been enjoying it a lot.
I recently read All of Us Villains by Amanda Foody and Christine Lynn Herman. I loved it so much I had to buy a copy and pre-order the second book of this duology! It is advertised as Hunger Games with magic. You need to check it out!
Yeah . She included some Stars stuff in this video . There has been so many great Stars books written in the past 4 decades . Glad she decided to review a few .
I had to start to save money lol plus, with adult fantasy series, it allows me to take out a bunch of the first books of the series, and see which ones I want to continue with. I love the library. Doesn’t get enough love.
@@joalgustas6498 - I use two different Libraries from March - November. I use my Local Library and I also use my County Library. It saves me a lot of money and I love walking in and browsing their Shelves and talking to the Librarians.
regan frequently talks about borrowing ebooks and audiobooks from her library. but if she has the money to buy physical copies to own and support authors why would she not?
@@aden.e - I would rather support my local Libraries - they need our support - our Taxes goes to the Libraries so they can stay open so people can enjoy going to the Libraries instead of buying books all of the time! Libraries saves us Money!
@@lindaklinedinst9236 that’s great for you. i also use/support my local library but i buy physical books as well. like i said, regan also uses her library as she says in multiple videos for ebooks and audiobooks. i’m not sure why you would be upset if people are buying physical copies of books to support authors.

I loved Beasts of a Little Land and Sistersong. And I'm going to have to add Peach Blossom Spring to my TBR, it sounds right up my alley.

Hi Regan, love the video. Just popping in to say that Colm Tóibín is pronounced more like Cull-um Tow-bean (it's an Irish name : D )
Love love loveeeee your videos!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
These books are all worth reading, thanks so much for sharing! 💫 Keep rising to be who you want to be! 💫 #keeprising #risingtobe #aswerise #riser
Can you list the books in the description below
Does anyone know a book where someone loses their dog very suddenly?
Or fiction books that deal with grief of losing someone you love?
Bruce Cameron’s books have lots of dog loss. Also try “The Art of Racing in the Rain” by Garth Stein
Great book haul
I think Colm Toíbín is Irish (based on the name) and if that's the case it would be pronounced closer to Call-um Toe-bean :)
Loved beasts of a little land. Very sad ending but incredible book.
do you have other bookshelves too? thats alot of books lol
I'd love to see a reading vlog for Mordew! 🤩
Bonjour je suis française mais est-ce que tu achètes tes livres de seconde main?🙂
Colm Tóibín is pronounced Call-um Toe-Bean. Gotta love Irish names. 😅 I read ‘Brooklyn’ by Tóibín a few years ago.
Lovee ❣️
Thanks for the video! Just to let you know, Colm Toibin name is pronounced like cawl-uhm toe-bean.
I don’t see a world where you don’t like Beast Of A Little Land, it feels like a historical drama!

Mordew was such a weird read, enjoyable, but weird
