I honestly do not remember the name of the company. We took the bike ride from the downtown area to the biggest waterfall Pailon del Diablo and this was in the middle. There were a few ziplines in between. We just happened to choose that one because we can do 2 at the same time and it was not busy. If you take the same bike ride you will find it easily.
