Yeah they were totally in their own world, and communicating on their own wavength for that season one finale reunion. It's one of my favourite scenes with them.
Oh and btw, Syd tells him, "What do we call it?" not, "What do you call it?" Which I think is an extra reason for Carmy's little smile, she subtly let him know that they were a little team again. 🥺

Their shared vision, goals, passion and trauma has been so skillfully written. Their love story is so beautiful and Jeremy and Ayo deliver. Jeremy has been getting all kinds of awards for his role and rightly so...but Ayo. Ayo deserves shine too. She's a writer and producer for the show as well. I love your edits. I can feel the thoughtfulness and sensitivity you put into creating them. The music is perfect.
