You are a fool if you think this is a poor accent. It is perfectly acceptable and intelligible to anyone that speaks English. Perhaps you should work on your grammar and spelling before criticising the English skill of others.

They are Indian Chakmas, not running away from Bangladesh.Bangladesh govt give all the rights to Indegenious people and lots of Chakmas are in High position all over bangladesh. on the other side Indians being racist to Chakmas calling them CHindian to show their hate towards them
