i got mine for $128 (ad free) after i traded in my old crappy kindle fire. for the price i paid i have no issues with the app limitation on amazon apps stores. i side loaded google play, put a 128 GB storage card and now using it with the amazon keyboard. Now its a perfect laptop on the go and for just watching movies in bed. thanks for the review
Got my tablet last week and its a great piece of hardware. No issues with loading Play Store and TH-cam. Will be looking elsewhere for a cover/screen though!
The Fire Max 11 feels like an older version of a Microsoft Surface with the keyboard. I sideloaded a few apps but it's really not necessary as Silk appears to be a very capable browser.

I like mine with the exception that you can't save Kindle books to the SD card. I have a huge Kindle library so that's a deal killer for me.

I have a Fire HD 10 and am concidering to upgrade. I really love my tablet and am sure I would love The Fire Max 11
