Does this method create a ghosting / slow motion effect, where you loose clarity ???

Yes.
When shuttertime slower, ghosting will appear.
The clarity can be smoothed out through the software.

I don't like because in night mode if we turn off led ( internal) then dahua totally black

@@MushroomStampGalactica I think it looks pretty good. I have two installed and the one looking at the driveway always has a good image. The other one I have mounted looking at a backyard area. On cloudy or moonless nights it can be difficult to see with no IR.
