Grabbed the same set of led headlights thanks for the recommendation! I did spend the extra $$ and got the 20.00 decoder's/resistors very happy also I got the same fogs to...my hands barely fit! Thanks for the video

Hello good morning, What a nice truck you have. I would like to know what tire size it is, if you used spacers and if the suspension is raised, I would really appreciate it. Have a nice day.
I just got these headlights and I’m installing them today. I also have led fog lights to install but I was wondering if they would need resistors as well?
I got some questions one what size tires and wheels you got on that because i love the look and 2 is it lifted any I'm getting a 2013 jeep patriot and wanting to make it mine
Hey I know this video is from a long time ago. Looking for a set of wheels for the winter for my fiances patriot and she really likes the way these wheels and tires look in your video. Just wondering if they fit without any clearance issues no rubbing or trimming required? Also how would you say these bulbs compare at night while driving to the oem bulbs in terms of brightness and visibility?
Yeah I've thought about switching to projectors, but finding one already retrofitted at a reasonable price is difficult, I'm totally looking around tho!
Do you guys know where I can find the fuses for the headlights? My left side isn't working anymore , I tryed and changed the bulb but still don't comes on . I want to mention that my Patriot is 2009 Crd limited
Do you need resisters for rear break/tail lights? I have 2016 and ordered JDM Astar LED bulbs off Amazon. What's your advice on installing these? Not so much is it a good brand but is it a good idea.
I just changed mine. There are currently two videos on TH-cam showing how to change them: some flathead pop out method and under reach method. I found that the under reach method worked out for me. I literally stuck my hand underneath found the housing in which I then I applied pressure to two tabs located on top/bottom of the connector and pulled out(no twisting involved) my left hand took longer because it was not my dominant. When I used my Right hand it literally took like 3 mins to change the bulbs. I bought alla lighting 2504 review listed with photos. Ony my way to find a decent Led headlight with resistors
Purchased and installed these 2 days ago on my 2016 Patriot. They look great. Woke up to the Check Engine Light on today. Any advise if someone else had this problem ?
Kristina Piraino it’s probably not because of the LED headlights, but it could be, go to any Autozone or Advanced Auto or any auto parts store and they can scan your Patriots computer and tell you what the code is for
Hi, I bought my bulbs and resistors but haven’t installed them yet because of your comments. I was wondering if the check engine light was on because of them? I also have a 2016 patriot. I would really like to hear from you. Thanks
Bryan Cortez Hey, turns out the light was because of my gas cap not being tight. Nothing to do with the lights. Just make sure you screw down the resistors because they do get very hot and you don’t want them touching any plastic. So I’d say go for it !
They won’t fit, Wrangler headlights are 7” round, Patriots are 8” oval, custom fabricated brackets are in the works by Valkyrie Offroad to make them fit

They do get hot but haven’t had issues with them melting anything, two holes in engine bay and mount them on metal that won’t be close to anything like in the video
Burnt out unfortunately, trying to figure out the most reliable brand, tried various LED bulbs but they all burn out eventually due to the extreme heat it endures, I’m honestly thinking of getting projector headlights to be honest.
@@aaronhaight22 it's not really about brand it's about keeping them cool, mounting them to the metal of the car will help dissipate the heat they produce, combine that with an area that gets good airflow and you should be fine.
