- Another tough loss today as the San Diego Padres almost completed another crazy comeback in the late innings, but ultimately fell short and lost the series to the San Francisco Giants. They now head off to Seattle for an off day and a short series vs The Mariners as they look to continue holding on to the top NL wild card spot.

I still support the Bolts although there's only 1 player still on the team from when they last played here.
I've followed the Chargers since 72, so it's kinda hard to just kick them to the curb. Of course the owners suck & I still fantasize they'll sell the team, possibly relocate back to SD. But that's just a pipe dream, maybe?
