Bronze Manul Yeah, I had to pause it for a second because I was getteing uncomfortable... But its real, you know? And it kinda makes you realize that this whole thing is real. Thanks for doing this Cris and John!💜
Thank you for including the argument about pizza. In retrospect it may seem silly that you both were so defensive about pizza-eating habits but that's the reality of changing your diet: sometimes you argue about pizza. I've found this series very refreshing and honest, and I think that's what makes it easier to stay motivated with my own health/fitness goals. It's not always easy but it is worth it.
"I don't think it's fair to say that people who struggle with this are weak, I think it's just hard": brought tears to me eyes. Thanks John. I've been struggling with weight since I was a teenager and now at 23, despite eating much healthier than my family members (I get my 5 fruits and veggies let's say 6/7 days, have stopped snacking on stuff like candy and chips and try to balance my carbs and protein intake, although I do from time to time have bad meals/bad days... And I struggle with exercise) I am still fat and they stay thin. I am so sick of being judged and of people thinking that since I'm fat it must mean I am lazy and undisciplined. Hearing someone else say that no, I am not weak, this sh*t is really hard did me a world of good. When you have a low metabolism and thyroid problems, your body just stocks fat like crazy and unless you have a flawless diet and exercise regiment you aren't thin. I just can't seem to master this yet. Like Chris said: "I don't want to spend the rest of my life never eating pizza"...
Noannelle Sky Be proud of yourself. You're miles ahead of most of the world. You might not be at the weight you'd like, but you've done wonders for your health. Lowered your risks of all sorts of diseases!
thyroid problems are a total bitch. staying on top of bloodwork and meds.... im hyperthyroid, so when left untreated my heart races, and palpitates, i eat EVERYTHING and i lose weight. insomnia and just a host of other issues, plus the risk of thyroid storm. with meds im actually keeping some weight on, and eating less. so if you havent been to the doc in awhile, do the thing. hang in there. :)

We often take it upon ourselves to educate ourselves about food and exercise and this is a responsibility everyone must take, but a professional might be able to look at your eating habits and shine some light on easy changes you can make that will help you.
i had my first session with a personal trainer. i almost passed out and then puked. the one thing that kept me from feeling embarrassed was remembering that john had done the same thing. i'm going back again tomorrow. ;)
I appreciate seeing some tension between John and Chris, not because I like seeing them fight or anything but I think it's good and honest to see that not every day you get along or have a good day. Sometimes you're cranky or moody or whatever and that's fine, but you're still trying. So thank you for that!

I have been a Buddhist for the last few years. When I first began, I also found meditation difficult. What helped me a lot was meditating while doing other things rather than focusing on only sitting meditation. This could be walking meditation, tea meditation, doing the dishes, and many other things. This all helped with my sitting meditation, although some of my other Buddhist friends only meditate in the former examples I gave. It is about what works for you. As long as you have absolute concentration in the present moment, the health and spiritual benefits will happen.
The honesty from John and the allowance of showing (albeit curated) 'struggling' moments is really helpful for me. It makes it so I'm much faster at getting 'back on the horse' than if I thought you two were doing so well and I wasn't. I think I would thought spiral into 'well I really messed up this week so I guess I should just try something else' instead of trying THIS again.
Though watching two friends argue is disheartening, I'm glad they included the argument in the video. I've noticed that it's easy to see the relationships - romantic, friendly, or otherwise - of people that we follow online as these flawless, easy, constantly fulfilling bonds that just aren't realistic. Real friends argue. Real spouses have issues. I'm pleased that, in this video, they gave a true depiction of a real relationship.
JOHN HALF THE SNICKERS BAR ITS THE SAME CALORIES BUT YOU GET TO EAT IT TWICE XD. Seriously when im on a diet i like put everything away for tomorow because a half a snickers bar tastes the same as a whole one but its so much less bad for you its like about half.
I used to work with a girl that could buy a package of peanut butter cups out of the candy machine, just eat one, and then wrap up the other one and save it for the next day. I'm pretty sure she was an alien.
One bite also tastes the same as a whole one, but is less MommyDearest than shoving a whole one in your mouth just to feel the sugar coursing through your veins. I think your eat just half and put it away is good advice. THAT is practical advice- rather than "Just wrap your food in cabbage leaves...." Ugh. NOT sustainable,
I appreciate 100 Days for a lot of reasons, but potentially the BIGGEST reason is that y'all give honest insight into how hard it is to make lasting change, even representing what it's like in my head when I can feel myself slipping off the rails a bit. Shout out to honest representations of mental health and fitness!
I can imagine now is where things would get really tough. The novelty has worn off, you miss the comfort of your previous lifestyle, but haven't seen enough results to be pumped about continuing with full gusto. I feel like this would be the tough point for me, if I could manage to gain weight at all. You guys have each other, and that is an amazing tool. Utilize it. YOU CAN DO THE THING!! :D :D
Thank you for talking about how eating healthy is difficult. I have struggled with weight my whole life and it is encouraging to hear that even someone who is very disciplined struggles with it. I have recently started working on my weight again and I am having great success on getting to the gym and working out. The videos I am making are really helping to keep me accountable, like you shared as well. While I am in a very different place in my journey for a healthy life, I am still inspired by your journey as well. Thank you!
I know what it's like to go on a weight loss journey, and often we don't notice our own results because we see it every day in the mirror and the changes are so subtle we don't acknowledge them. But Chris and John, if you read happen to read this, your progress is already visible. You guys are looking great; keep up the hard work, and thanks for inspiring me to rededicate myself to a healthier lifestyle.
I was hoping to watch 100 days while working out, watched a few other vids, almost quit working out (before being finished) and suddenly I see a new 100days video! IT'S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!
What I love is that you showed how emotions can suddenly heighten once you're in that vulnerable place, and you're worn out, I get hangry, and also can snap when I'm exercising hard. It's normal and you both kept it together well xx
I just completed a 31 days of yoga series by yogawithadriene on TH-cam and I have to say I enjoy meditation a lot more at the end of a workout when you kind of drain yourself of energy so those random thoughts aren't floating in as much. I thought maybe you could try meditation after working out or doing yoga if its still difficult to quiet your "monkey mind" as she calls it. I really enjoyed the 31 day challenge and am trying to think of an exercise to commit to for February since committing to X days of something seems to actually work for me. I liked watching what you're doing and it's awesome to challenge yourself and grow like this. Also, thanks for the laughs.
As someone living with dysthymia (chronic low intensity depression) and generilzed anxiety disorder, hearing about ways to make mental health issues easier really helps. I started working out using own-weight exersizes a while back and I have to agree with John. Working out really helps me feel better mentally. My favorite way to exersize is swimming, but the nearest public pool is an hour away by car and I'm not about to hit the beach in February, since I live in Sweden. I don't like weight lifting, but I do enjoy what it does to my mind. I really enjoy the way this channel is showing ways to feel better, establish sustainable change, and get fit without the body shaming and hate-who-you-are so-called motivations other similar channels like to employ. Thank you.
Don't get too down on each other, this is hard. I had to completely change my eating and drinking habits. At my heaviest after my knee injury 3 years ago, I was 325 lbs. I had my physical in November 2016 which clocked me at 303. Today in February 2017, I am proud to report I am 286. The nutrition plan works. I haven't been to the gym much due to bronchitis, but don't quit the nutrition plans you have in place, they work!
I really appreciate how John includes things like arguments and disparities, aswell as being true to himself about his eating habits. He is really capturing the TRUE experience of such a drastic change in lifestyle, bravo John. Also stop eating poorly -sincerely a fellow nerdfighter.
Fitness is so wonderful for anxiety. I think one of the things that is worst for me with anxiety is feeling out of control of my body and my mind - I feel like the monsters in my head control my actions and my feelings and my fears, AND my responses to them. My heart races, I can't breathe, I feel like I don't fit in my skin anymore - it's awful. I've been making stretching, lifting, and cardio more regular parts of my routine. I feel powerful when I increase my weight. I feel graceful when I can touch my toes. I feel euphoric when I bike, or climb stairs, or challenge myself on the elliptical. And afterward, I feel sore, and worn out, and achy, and tired, and I feel like MYSELF. I no longer listen to the voice in my head that tells me that I'm ugly, that my thighs are too big if they brush each other when I walk, that my flat stomach isn't flat ENOUGH - I hear that voice, and it doesn't matter anymore, because my body is MINE. I OWN IT. I own my anxiety, and my calmness, and my peace, and my struggle. I own it all. It's mine, and not my anxiety's. I love it.
Chris you got to stick to that diet a little better. We all want you to succeed and meet your personal goals at the end of 100 days so tough love is needed.
fitst things first: i love how you two motivate and encourage each other so please don't fight or you'll ruin my ship ♡ second: i think chris is right, life without pizza isn't sustainable. if you're gonna make permanent lasting changes to your health and your diet you'll have to find a way to still be able to enjoy the things you love like snickers bars and pizza. it's all about balance. like chris said it's ok to eat half a Pizza if you mind the rest of your meals for the day and eat healthy for the rest of the time. counting calories to me is not part of a healthy happy lifestyle. i think it's enough to be educated and informed about what foods you use to fuel your body and be mindful while you're eating. you don't have to count your calories to know that fruit and veggies are good and junk food is bad for you. the key is to develop a feeling for when you're full and what makes you feel good in the long run. i hope this is helpful :/ good luck for the rest of your 100 days and be nice to eachother (mental health is part of this too remember?) lots of love :) ♡
I think its really interesting how meditation hasn't been that beneficial for you as of now. I heard you talk about it on the podcast as well. I struggle with hypomania and have also been in a MDD episode for the last six months, and working on meditation over the last year has been possibly the most beneficial thing I've done. I love it so much. (obviously, this isn't a weird attempt at criticism haha. Everyone is different. Just interesting to me!)
Yall are doing amazing work and the struggle yall show truly makes this a special and realistic challenge. Continue to be kind to yourself and be kind to each other :). Thank you gentlemen!
I appreciate the honesty in including the argument you guys had. 100 Days has impressed me in so many ways and I think most impressive of all is the bravery it must take to post the videos in the first place. I've been trying to eat better and exercise too; as a result of watching this series I'm notably less self-conscious about how hard it is for me and how I look in the process. I would be very scared to post video after video of myself having the hard time that I am, and it's still not nearly as much as you guys are doing. So overall I just want to say that I truly appreciate how genuine and real these videos are, and that that has made a big difference to me.
Awwwwww I'm so proud that you understand the underlying of argumentation. So emotionally intelligent- yet I'm so sorry to hear that happened! Of course tho it was over pizza :3 WOW that day 29 dinner. Omg. Yayayay :3
I'm really not convinced about this meditation thing. I often wonder if the benefits people get from it are simply because they're doing something relaxing in general--and if the mind/thinking stuff is even necessary. What if you just like chilled outside with a book or a beverage... or had a massage? Or soaked in a hot tub for as long as you'd normally meditate. I suppose meditation does have it's own benefits, but I'd be interested to see a study somehow comparing the benefits between normal relaxing activities and meditation.
I like to see her using more resistance based exercises, especially after her comments in previous videos. You're right, if you get stronger, everything gets easier. While I understand her style of training I would still recommend at least 2 days of real Resistance Training.
Hey Jon, I am glad to hear the exercise is helping you mentally. I have noticed the same benefits. However, I also do yoga, an exercise that occasionally includes meditation (nothing crazy, just classes you'd expect at your local, commercial yoga studio). I realize experts have previously told you that exercise can help, but in my experience, meditation has been essential. However, since you have consistently practiced meditation in conjunction with your workouts, how can you be certain that it is solely the exercise contributing to your positive mental health results?
This right here is the hardest part of any plan. In college I used to make an 8hour drive between SE Michigan and Western New York state. Driving through Canada, I always found the last third or so the most challenging part because the novelty of the journey had worn off, while I still needed to reach my destination. You're right to say that this is hard; you are altering the habits you've used to survive. The question I often return to in moments like this is "who/what am I working out for?" Maybe a picture of your kids' faces pops into your mind, I don't know. But after all the internet motivation and community crowd-sourced encouragement, what is it that motivates you--really--to do this challenging work? Best wishes!!
Why do you have so much junk food in the pantry?! If I want to eat junk food, I have to go out and buy it, and when I do, I only buy a little, for 1-2 days, I don't stockpile!
TheFilthyCasual Very good point. He should do that. Or come up with a junk food sequestering program of some sort. Like give the bad stuff to a neighbor whom he then must cajole, beg, or argue with for each item. I imagine an elderly lady in her robe at her front door, with John looking frustrated, telling him "For someone who claims he wants a Snickers, that was a very sorry plie. Again, heels *firmly* on the ground."
I had a meeting with a dietician recently, and she said (very obviously true) that what you buy is what you intend to eat. You don't buy a snickers just to stare at it. So only buy, say, one snack that has to last you a week. A bag of crisps, or M&Ms for example. She didn't particularly care if you binged or not, it's just the one thing you get this week. It'll have to do.
+Anneke Oosterink "what you buy is what you intend to eat" - well I once bought a tin can of Danish cookies not to eat them - my mom uses the can to store her sewing tools! ;D Just kidding, I agree with your point.
I started yoga really young and always meditated after doing yoga. Always felt very calm and still. Maybe meditation is better after doing a little bit of excercise or yoga? Help quiet your body so you can quiet your mind?
John, I think you would benefit from having a professional help you explore some different forms of meditation. I'm a psychologist so I know intellectually and from experience with clients that meditation CAN be helpful, but whether it's helpful or not for different people and why are really important questions. For example, for me personally the style of meditation you are using is not helpful (though I have worked with many people who do find it helpful). However, I find "active" meditation really useful. This generally involves doing something active and being present and focused on your senses while you do it - a walk, doing the dishes, gardening, even taking a shower or eating a meal. While engaging in the activity you focus on either all your senses or pick one or two to prioritise for that session (eg/ I might take a walk and try to notice and appreciate all the smells). When you notice your mind has wandered away to non-present thoughts (often worrying, or planning for something in the future) you simply acknowledge your mind has wandered and return back to noticing the sensations of your current experience. This type of being present, mindfulness style meditation can be good for the type of person who finds sitting and doing nothing but focusing on thoughts difficult. Just food for thought for you!
Instead of simply meditating, John, you should try simple yoga, then you're constantly stretching you muscles and receiving mental benefits. I suggest you look into Yoga With Adriene here on TH-cam, she posts great instructional material.
I'm so stressed about that fight! I didn't see it happily resolved, so I'm worried that we've just witnessed the death of a friendship. Because that's my default reaction to seeing people argue, you can imagine how horrific the world looks to me right now. All broken, all the time.
I know we didn't see all the missing pictures.... but the ones you showed seemed pretty balanced. A sandwich....some turkey and greeenbeans...... I may not be the best at "eating right".... but hey.... its not like you were eating fast food and ice cream sundaes all day every day.
If you don't think you're getting much out of the meditation I cannot recommend highly enough 'The Great Courses : The Science of Mindfulness'. It's a short collection of lectures on mindfulness and you can pick it up for one audible credit. It's a really easy to follow, non-religious exploration of what meditation is and how you can use it. I've sung the praises of this course in a lot of comment sections before, really, it's the shit, go check it out if you're interested.
The argument was uncomfortable to watch but I'm glad it was included because I had been watching and thinking "Look at John and his supportive workout buddy, I'm jealous" Then I saw the argument and was like "Oh my". Even with John being as honest as he is, I still manage to get a romanticized view of how this journey probably was. I guess it made it all a little more realistic for me (not that I advocate or enjoy watching people argue).
I totally agree with you on how hard dieting can be. I've done a lot of hard things in life. I was in the military for many years and attended and passed many of the "cool guy" schools you see the in movies a lot. Once I retired due to injuries, I got a little out of shape because, well, it was just impossible for me to do hardly anything with my new limitations. Anyways, getting back on the horse fitness wise after a few years of healing up has been really really hard. Exercising yeah, but the dieting has honestly been the hardest thing I think I've ever had to do. Props to anyone that has suceeded at sticking to them for more than a month or two. I think my longest has been 6 weeks, then I end up crashing hard.
Is this easier because it is 'just you' to keep track of? I have a family that depends on me to shop/cook/feed them. How can you wrap all your meals in cabbage when the family is clamoring for meatloaf? I have a Dairy Farmer husband who's calorie demands are far and away more than mine......if I fed him cabbage leaves.....well, I don't like to think about it. How would this work if the Yeti was on the 100 days?
When John said they were a little bit ahead on filming these videos during the P4A livestream I didn't think he meant this far ahead. That reunion video came out 63 days ago ... so when John says in this video that they are going to have a 10k race in about 6 weeks ... 6 * 7 = 63 ... it means the race is today :o more or less ^^
Yep you're right. The race description says early April. So when they said they would have a race at the end of the 100 days they didn't mean at the end of their "real" 100 days, but rather when we get to see the last episode - which makes a lot of sense of course. Plus they get another 60 days to prepare.
i feel like maybe more food/calories each day would minimize the snacking and 'bad food' days- it just never looks like tones of calories in the photos. i love this series as someone also trying to live a more healthy lifestyle as of this year :)
I think it would be interesting to hear about getting healthy from the perspective of a woman. I recently saw something online that was talking about how biological differences mean that females should approach certain aspects of fitness differently than males. I don't know much about the topic so I have no idea if the concept is valid. However, I thought that this, as well as common misconceptions about female fitness (i.e., "lifting weights will make you look too big/bulky"), could lead to an interesting conversation. John and Chris have been working with some amazing, knowledgeable women so far during 100 days. Perhaps we could have a bonus video, like the ones with Josh & Craig, featuring some of them? I completely understand if this would be outside the realm of "100 Days", but it's something I've been curious about and I think it would be informative.
I hope you both get to the point where you realize no one is going to shame you for taking a picture of a pizza or four snickers bars, or an extra large Big Mac Meal with a chocolate shake more than you are shaming yourself having to put up question marks. You are both real men struggling to make a change in an American diet. Keep going!
Okay, so I don't live in the US, but there are several pizza places near me that won't break your carbs budget. Or maybe you could split it 3 or 4 ways instead of 2? It's totally possible to still eat pizza and be healthy, just not every day, and for me that's how I became able to stay eating healthy, finding ways to tweak my existing habits not start new ones but like everything ymmv
This is just what I need after a rough morning, watching two grown men fight about pizza.
Haha

thanks John for taking on the diet issue! we all need pizza in our lives, even if it means just staring at while other people eat it.
in a soft voice "and also this snickers bar..."

Lol only 328 days until Christmas! Why aren't the lights up already??
They are... you never know when an unexpected christmas miracle is gonna show up
I don't know why, but I really enjoy these 100 days videos.
Waterworks Hill in Missoula! SUCH a hill :)
this is so helpful on my rough days fighting my anorexia im in recovery and although this is very different its very motivational
What I love is that you showed how emotions can suddenly heighten once you're in that vulnerable place, and you're worn out, I get hangry, and also can snap when I'm exercising hard. It's normal and you both kept it together well xx
Loving the different fonts of question marks for the non-food tracking days. Go whoever edited this video!
Mad respect for you two John & Chris (Chris & John? JC? CJ?). Thanks for the honesty; well done on the progress.
I do love that the questions change with each missing meal
diet is the hardest part for me too. thankful for your honesty and your commitment to yourselves
I really appreciate how John includes things like arguments and disparities, aswell as being true to himself about his eating habits. He is really capturing the TRUE experience of such a drastic change in lifestyle, bravo John. Also stop eating poorly -sincerely a fellow nerdfighter.
This is my favourite thing on youtube right now :')
I seriously appreciate the honesty of all of this
God, I miss this show so much !
Willpower is a depletable resource. Keep working on the diet stuff, you'll get there. Thanks for sharing your journey.
I love how honest this is. Truly amazing. Thank you for your hard work and wise words.
I love it.
I'm inspired by this project. Keep up the great work--change is extremely difficult and your struggle proves you are changing. Thank you.
Chris you got to stick to that diet a little better. We all want you to succeed and meet your personal goals at the end of 100 days so tough love is needed.
100 days has become my favorite channel! So enjoyable to watch other people sweat for once. Thank you for these and keep up the great work (out).
I love this channel so much
fitst things first: i love how you two motivate and encourage each other so please don't fight or you'll ruin my ship ♡ second: i think chris is right, life without pizza isn't sustainable. if you're gonna make permanent lasting changes to your health and your diet you'll have to find a way to still be able to enjoy the things you love like snickers bars and pizza. it's all about balance. like chris said it's ok to eat half a Pizza if you mind the rest of your meals for the day and eat healthy for the rest of the time. counting calories to me is not part of a healthy happy lifestyle. i think it's enough to be educated and informed about what foods you use to fuel your body and be mindful while you're eating. you don't have to count your calories to know that fruit and veggies are good and junk food is bad for you. the key is to develop a feeling for when you're full and what makes you feel good in the long run. i hope this is helpful :/ good luck for the rest of your 100 days and be nice to eachother (mental health is part of this too remember?) lots of love :) ♡
"Chris and I's"?!?! This man wrote a best seller you guys
Omg. Yayayay :3
Looking forward to the nutrition follow-up!
This is super motivating! You can fall off the wagon then get back on!
+1
Regarding your eating I would love for you to have a look into "Intuitive Eating" and explore it!
so day 30 was roughly November 28 or 29th 2016! we finally have an idea of how this is all playing out in real time.
I find that being in a group setting makes sticking to my diet a million times harder. Especially when the group is family.
Great to see that you are working on meditation. I started with guided meditation to help me in to learn. Saying no to pizza is just hard....
I really look forward to these videos. They're fun to watch, especially when you're supposed to be studying for o chem
I didn't realize how far in advance this was filmed....
TheFilthyCasual
Very good point.
+Bruce Dunn
Lol, I'd like to see that...
+Anneke Oosterink
"what you buy is what you intend to eat" - well I once bought a tin can of Danish cookies not to eat them - my mom uses the can to store her sewing tools! ;D
Just kidding, I agree with your point.

How to double like? Just for the Wheezy Waiter tshirt. 🤜🏽🦅
Might be nice to hear a video voiceover by Chris for one of these, though I know John is responsible for the recording and editing of this project.
I started yoga really young and always meditated after doing yoga. Always felt very calm and still. Maybe meditation is better after doing a little bit of excercise or yoga? Help quiet your body so you can quiet your mind?
This reminded me - I've gotta sign up for that 10k!
she's not lying, she just presented alternative facts
It's weird being proud of someone you've never met, but good job John, you're looking great.
do one voiceover video with Chris.
3:25 "John's Day 29 Snicks."
HA!
Haha when it says "John's snicks" instead of "John's snacks" on the Snickers Bar photo.
Oooh the drama is palpable!
I'm so stressed about that fight! I didn't see it happily resolved, so I'm worried that we've just witnessed the death of a friendship. Because that's my default reaction to seeing people argue, you can imagine how horrific the world looks to me right now. All broken, all the time.
I'M SIGNING UP FOR AERIAL FITNESS EVERYWAN!!!!
There's a pizza Jack! Never let go...never...let...go.
the lie I hear most in my life is "just one more time" from my dance teachers
I know we didn't see all the missing pictures.... but the ones you showed seemed pretty balanced.
A sandwich....some turkey and greeenbeans......
I may not be the best at "eating right".... but hey.... its not like you were eating fast food and ice cream sundaes all day every day.
:46 cracks me up for some reason. I'm bad at snacking too
If you don't think you're getting much out of the meditation I cannot recommend highly enough 'The Great Courses : The Science of Mindfulness'.
I saw a rebounder/trampoline in the background of this video. Can you guys incorporate this into some of your work outs at some point?
Is this easier because it is 'just you' to keep track of? I have a family that depends on me to shop/cook/feed them. How can you wrap all your meals in cabbage when the family is clamoring for meatloaf? I have a Dairy Farmer husband who's calorie demands are far and away more than mine......if I fed him cabbage leaves.....well, I don't like to think about it. How would this work if the Yeti was on the 100 days?
Have you incorporated any of the Fitness for Nerds routine into your workout?
Chris' meditation is golf i think!
reunion vlogbrothers video??? !!
When John said they were a little bit ahead on filming these videos during the P4A livestream I didn't think he meant this far ahead. That reunion video came out 63 days ago ... so when John says in this video that they are going to have a 10k race in about 6 weeks ... 6 * 7 = 63 ... it means the race is today :o more or less ^^
wow, okay :')
i clearly didn't pay enough attention, thanks
KFilmHD I think the voiceover might be the time right now, not the time when it was filmed. I could be wrong though
yeah the race is 6 weeks from now, not from when the vid was filmed
Yep you're right. The race description says early April. So when they said they would have a race at the end of the 100 days they didn't mean at the end of their "real" 100 days, but rather when we get to see the last episode - which makes a lot of sense of course. Plus they get another 60 days to prepare.
"John, I am not going to go the rest of my life without eating pizza." Hey, you don't need to explain that to Pizza John.
i feel like maybe more food/calories each day would minimize the snacking and 'bad food' days- it just never looks like tones of calories in the photos. i love this series as someone also trying to live a more healthy lifestyle as of this year :)
Keep going!
"And that's a huge difference, that's almost a full snickers bar"... *snickers*
LOVE LOVE YOUR GRIZ HAT~
Okay, so I don't live in the US, but there are several pizza places near me that won't break your carbs budget. Or maybe you could split it 3 or 4 ways instead of 2? It's totally possible to still eat pizza and be healthy, just not every day, and for me that's how I became able to stay eating healthy, finding ways to tweak my existing habits not start new ones but like everything ymmv
