Nithya/Chinmayi is this only for undereye dark circles? Because my problem is I have darkness around my eyes especially below eyebrows and my eyes look dull. Can you please suggest?

it can only help nourish existing hair. Not create new follicles. If you have it genetically you may be able to make your brows look healthy by using castor oil
It can. Depends on the skin. I have used it for eyebrows and eye lashes. Sometimes it does clogs pores and causes pimples. If you have big pores in and around nose, the castor oil seeps to the nose area and cases pimples as well. I have stopped using castor oil for this reason alone as I am prone to acne and scarring is bad for me. May be you can mix it with coconut oil on equal parts and try applying and see. I heard that works for some people.

castor oil is very dense and you ll have difficulty spreading it. Mix it with another oil if using for hair.
