  • This is my son's favourite soup mainly because he loves sucking out the bone marrow film the pork marrow bones. It's fun and tasty to eat. To make a good clear pork marrow bone broth you must blanch and wash the bones and most importantly scoop and filter out all the oil and impurities that float to the top with a fine filtering scoop. If I can cook this, you can too! 😊
    Health Benefits:
    Bamboo fungus is high in protein, low fat, and has 8 kinds of amino acids that human body needs. It is good for eyes and lung. It could help lose weight, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol level and prevent cancer.
    Bone marrow contains several health-promoting compounds, including collagen, conjugated linoleic acid, glycine, and glucosamine. While research is limited on the health benefits of bone marrow itself, these compounds have been linked to decreased inflammation, better skin health, and improved joint function.
    Ingredients:
    80g (1 bag) of dried bamboo fungus
    2 cans of corn (whole kernel not cream style)
    4lbs pork marrow bone
    Salt to taste
