I don't know myself, I'm only aware of Muadhin, Naaji, Firas and Anwar Qazzaz. This azan doesn't sound like them.

Nurun ala nur there are different muadhins in masjid al Aqsa just like Makkah and Madina. Azzam Dweik is still there I'm sure.
