Robotnik is Eggman's Original name. Megaman, granted it would be awesome to have him in lego dimensions, doesn't have anyone named Dr. Robotnik in its games.
You can really tell Blitz wasn't familiar with Sonic in this video, as he didn't have any idea what a lot of things were and mistook things as references to other franchises when they were just Sonic references.
