Usually i dont write comments, this is probably my second comment in my life, but it helped me a lot. I had 1.4Mbit/s and now i have 59Mbit/s. Solution works on Ubuntu 22.04 aswell :} thanks !
For those of you wondering what the values of "/etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf" 0: use default settings 1: ignore 2: disable power saving 3: enable power saving
Thanks Yaser, You are amazing. You saved around 1000 dollar for me to not buy new laptop for the faulty internet connection in Dual boot Ubuntu 22.04 with Windows 11.
Thnx. I think you tried to be thorough and have everyone understand but seeing the comments then the ending it was a really simple solution. But it did go from Latency 39,000 to 87 (the rest it couldn't even load). So it did work.
Thanks bro, Having the "wifi.powersave = 3" the results of the speedtest i did where: Download: 23.20 Mbps, Upload: 6.55 Mbps, Ping: 64, Download Latency: 84, Upload Latency: 104. And after changing it's value to '2' the results chaged to: Download: 29.9 Mbps, Upload: 8.39 Mbps, Ping: 21, Download Latency: 67, Upload Latency: 19. What impressed me the most was how the ping value changed from 64 to 21. Also some times the download speed gets near 40 Mbps so It really helped me a lot. Thanks again.

So if I have 2.4 frequency what should I exactly do to change the channel and how can I know that my device supports that channel. Sorry if I'm asking for to much I'm just still new to the world of tech
Amazing bro. I have the same internet in Germany with same speed. Was facing the issue in my Ubuntu only. After changing power save value to 2, this has solved the issue and saved money. Thanks a lot and appreciated :D
So is that a new internal network adapter your using or external like a USB adapter. Main reason I ask is cause we have the same default internal network adapter and I've been trying to find one thats dual band and is supported on Linux Distros.?
The other thing you can also do is research the fastest DNS server online and when you find it change your WiFi parameters setting to that new DNS and you'll gain better speed to Click on >Network Settings> select either wired or WiFi > select the little gear cog to open the settings > find the DNS section > turn off the automatic DNS and Put in the DNS server manually and once that is done save and close. you should get better results...
He doesn't tell you, but in the botton text you can see instructions and one of is: ^x Exit That's control+X to exit. Before it exits it'll ask if you want to save the changes. You just press Y and enter.
I am writing with sole objective of expressing my deepest gratitude; it honed my internet connection significantly.

is there any other values that can increase the wifi speed? Also good video
Yes it's a multi factor issue, you can check the link in the video description there are some other solutions.
I dont mean that, i mean like if there is another values that can increase the network speed or if 2 is the only value.
Most answers suggested switching to 2 value, you can try switching between 1,2 and three and check the best suit for your issue.
