Years later, I am still crying as the lights go out. "Have yourself a Merry little Christmas" is my favorite Christmas song and hearing the Mickey song made the tears really flow.
My favorite memory of the lights was my first time seeing them and being in awe, while my date unexpectedly pulled me into a slow dance as the snow was falling. Too sweet and very magical
I cracked up when they turned the lights off and Tim said very nonchalantly, "We've got some rogue lights over here..." LOL!!! So beautiful... Great vlog! Thank you for sharing!

I think the employee was making a valid point that it was a bonus night. Be thankful it was on at all still. Sounds like something someone would say in just there head but their mouth didnt get the message to not say it out loud.
I've never seen the Osborne lights in person but watching this made me a little teary eyed.

GAWD what a nightmare with the parking lot,you handled it better than I would have! That sucks you missed the turning on the lights for the last tie,but at least you got to see them. That ending moved me

Many Moons ago, when I first heard the term "Osborne Family Spectacle Of Dancing Lights", I thought they were referring to "Ozzie's" Family.

The last name of the Man whom created the "Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights" is Osborne.

That day I was on Animal Kingdom, celebrating my moms birthday. And since the park closes at 6 we went to Hollywood Studios to see the Dancing Lights and Fantasmic, it was about 7pm and Hollywood Studios parking was empty. I think you guys must have been furious 😂😂

I loved the video. Especially seeing the new Star Wars fireworks over them. I am in love with that fireworks show, so it was my two favorites at Hollywood Studios together. Too bad it'll never happen again. 😩

Just watched this for a bit of nostalgia and to show my daughter how amazing this was. So wish they had found somewhere else in the parks for it.

I saw the lights back in the early 2000's when I was 3! It's great to see them now and I'm sad to see them go! So many memories!

I took my kids in December 2013, but my kids were so little that they feel asleep in the stroller. It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. My only regret is that my children don't remember it. They need to bring it back.

I'm glad I found your video. It's sad they took the lights away. They could have used them at Epcot but no budgets cuts raised prices. Sa Disney use to be in credible at Christmas but now it's not much at all. Epcot at Christmas use to be lit up much more and decorated to the hill they use to have the incredible light display by the entrance to world show case. I think they are really have some issues when Epic opens up.
I saw these lights in 2014 during my college program and wanted my family to see it too someday... 😢 I guess they'll just have to see it via videos like these... 😌
I've always thought it was really strange that they play music from Harry Potter on the buses to Hollywood Studios... haha. Great vlog guys! That last song made we wanna cry! :(

Joshua Moorehead no its definitely Harry Potter, I've heard it in person before. haha. Taylor Ward I've heard it several times just on the bus to Hollywood Studios. Never heard it on any other buses.

We got diverted to Epcot parking but still had to drive around Hollywood Studios parking to get out and there were so many empty spaces but they wouldn't let us take one. Tried to sneak into one but they were watching intently.
I was at the lights from when they turned them on until they turned them off. I cried at the end. One of my favorite things at Disney :(
I was there a few weeks ago and the black cat was A LOT smaller and located at the basketball hoop. I guess they moved it. I think the lights will be back in some form. See Ya' Reel Soon!

I bet once they move the entrance of Hollywood Studios, the lights will be on the Sunset Boulevard/ Main thoroughfare street in Hollywood Studios.

I'm very surprised Disney hasn't either extended their monorail to all the parks OR at least put back roads in just for the Disney's buses and Disney employees. Just seems like that would be a no brainier to me.

So disappointed at Disney’s decision to end this!! I’m just learning if this and I for two seconds seriously considered not even going to WDW for Christmas when I learned they canceled this!! Of course I’m still going but just SO disappointed I won’t be able to see the lights dance to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra as the “snow” falls.
Interesting though the fireworks foreshadowing of the Star Wars land... is this what replaced this area of the park?

i get the feeling there are thousands of people who are angry and very upset that this is the last year that these lights will be dancing plus i never even got to see this i only saw on youtube and I've only been there once when it was summer when i used to live in Florida and now i'll never get the chance to see it for my self v.v

I'd really like to know why Harry Potter music was playing on a Disney bus.
ScottDMad when we were at WDW in Sept the last bus we were on was playing the Superman and Star Trek themes. We were confused
You dodged a bullet with Brown Derby. Hands down the most disappointing customer service experience we've had a Disney to date. The server just tossed things onto the table, didn't refill our drinks, and didn't say two words to us until it came time to fill out the tip. Maybe it was just that server and the food was good, but for a 2 table service, signature dining, it was not what we expected. Rant complete.
