Fuuuuuck. You're good and I love how you've branched out. I've been picking on nordic metal and themes with your music and MV and you're killing it. It's like you're combining the Scandinavian metal scene with the Japanese metal scene and it's coming off really well.

She released an interview recently where she spoke about the rope thing. Search youtube for "Journey from Group Idol to Solo Stardom | Himari Tsukishiro In Depth Interview" it's on a channel called "Slope Club". The interview is from about 7 months ago I think but it was just released last week.

These songs are ALL about Himari's personal feelings, struggles and her navigation of them. If they'd kept the Necronomidol name for this when there are no original members or even any other members at all in the group and without even playing any of Necronomidol's back catalogue of songs it would have seemed to me like they had done it entirely for brand recognition. This is not Necronomidol and I think it would have been misleading to pretend it was. I don't even think the songs are that similar musically but when you have 1 of the main and most distinctive voices from the groups songs (especially in the final 2 years or so) being the only voice on these songs, a sense of familiarity between the 2 is inevitable. They didn't break up Necronomidol for this. Other members of Necronomidol have done separate projects while being in Necronomidol and Isiliel was initially no different. Necronomidol broke apart for it's own reasons. Ricky has also spoken about the difficulties he had encountered finding suitable new members in recent times. And every time they got new members it would fall on Himari to have to teach them the ropes as the only remaining veteran in the group. It just became too much of a drain to keep it going.
