I’m always to worried that I’ll end up destroying fat in my face when I don’t want to. If not for that fear I’ve always wanted to try an at home device.
What a lovely energy, TJ! Love your videos! So inspiring! I am also contemplating buying a microneedling/dermapen device, I found some semi-professional ones from a company in Germany. It will probably be a Christmas gift, a birthday gift, an Easter gift, a who-knows-what gift to myself, all combined, as the device is not the cheapest. 😅
Hi TJ, I've recently lost weight, and the skin on my upper, inner thighs has suddenly gone crepey, wrinkly and loose 😢 After listening to what you've been saying, am I right in thinking that maybe the mini hifu could be the right machine to try? If not, could you recommend what I should use? Thanks Maria 😊 ❤
Hi Maria! Yes, you're on the right track. Microneedling and regular HIFU treatments can help address loose and crepey skin, including on the inner thighs. These treatments can stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture. 😀

Hi TJ, I am a new subbing and feel excited that someone is out there explaining everything. I use the mask and have certainly seen a change in my complexion. I use Tretonoin, however in the early stages to deal with line and wrinkles as I am in my 60’s. My issue is slackening of the skin and I would be interested as to what you would recommend. They all seem to do what I need, would love the USSERA but expensive 😮????
Hi 😊 I'm so happy to have you joining me on here. So, personally I would say that the USSERA and the ZIIP Halo are two of the very best devices for addressing loosening of the skin. They work in different ways and at different depths in the skin, helping create a more natural and noticeable difference. I know the USSERA has 50% off right now, plus you can snag another 10% off on top with a code. The ZIIP should also be on sale as part of Black Friday, making them comparable price-wise with generic, unbranded devices. Of course, the sales don't always make devices affordable for all, so looking on eBay for one an unwanted one can be a great way to get a bargain. Hope this helps. ❤️
Hi! Love your videos! Have you ever looked into if these devices or which devices used at home cause facial pad fat loss? As a woman nearly fifty it’s definitely a concern of mine. Would love to learn more about this.
Hey, TJ. I'm a little confused if you can help me out. Maybe explain a little bit more but what I read online is more like if you do hifu and radio frequency. It actually kills the collagen in your skin then your body produces new Collagen. In one of your videos, you said if the collagen is spread Too far apart then it can't come back together or heal. So does your body repair the old collagen? Or does it produce new collagen. Thanks
Great question. When you perform a treatment like HiFu or RF, you're flooding the area with fibroblasts to create an abundance of new collagen. Old collagen strands that is still tightly-knit will provide instant skin tightening and contraction. Then over the following weeks, it begins to unravel and denature, getting replaced by fresh collagen. If the collagen strands are already damaged and loosely-knit, the instant contraction won't be as impressive, but fresh collagen will still be laid down over the following weeks and months (but maybe not as much as younger skin). Hope this helps
I'm surprised the Plaxel+ wasn't included here given how much it improved the look of your eyelids. The extent to which it lifted and tightened your eyelids was something I only thought possible with surgery.
Great Q. As the Plaxel is a pro device, it will be in an upcoming video detailing pro-grade tools. As a treatment most people would skip when compared to other ones, I wanted to focus on what would help people the most at home. 😊

Hiii ☺️👋 thank you. So, from the devices in this video I would say the ZIIP Halo, closely followed the the Maysama Pulse 40. These are two devices I use almost daily and love how they work on different aspects of the aging face.
@@TJTutorialsHi TJ. This was my question also. Thank you for letting us know. Now I'll look into buying a Ziip. It also looks very compact for travel. 👍
Hi TJ. I'm looking to buy a device to tighten loose wrinkly skin under my jaw and on my inner thighs caused mostly by weight loss (and also age). I would not mind additional fat loss in these two areas. I watched your video in which you said you switched to using the newer Skinxtc Mini HiFu "4 in 1" device. Have you changed your mind about it?
TJ, how do you rate the Medicube Booster Pro to the Evenskyn Lumo? also, does the Booster Pro take the place of their own USSERA? I am in mid 50s. Thank you for your expertise
Hi. I prefer the Booster Pro to the Lumo, but it doesn't have quite the same tech. The USSERA is more like the Lumo in that it has RF. It also has the addition of HIFU. However, the Booster Pro is Electroporation, EMS, microcurrent, needle-free microneedling and LED. Two different devices that address different aspects of the aging skin. 😊
Hi TJ. Would appreciate your feedback so I can take advantage of the sales. I am about 50 years old with some what sensitive skin wit Rosacea. Rosacea is mostly on my cheeks and side of the cheeks. Which device would be better? I am now in the UK. And if something doesn’t work out they will not take the product back. Also, when you order for the USA to you pay for duties ? TYSM 😊
Hi 😊 Some great question there. As you probably already know, I too suffer from rosacea with spider veins appearing on my cheek area - so it's taken me quite some time to work out which tools and devices are best for sensitivity like this. I would say that there are 3 main devices I would personally choose myself from this list. 1. Medicube USSERA Deepshot - Uses optimised high frequency (RF) and ultrasound (HiFu) at pre-programmwd intervals to boost collagen, elastin, and complexion. 2. ZIIP Halo - combines dual microcurrent and nanocurrent technology with a quick start app and 26 unique programs. 3. Red Light - this one has helped really even out my complexion, minimising redness and keeping my skin clear. Combined with topical tranexamic acid, it helps minimise any rosaceae flare-ups. I've never paid any import duties on products I've had sent from overseas, mainly as it is often included int he price already. Also, many of the brands I use have stock in the UK, so that helps. Hope this helps answer your Qs to a degree :)
@@TJTutorials oh wow this is great info!! Sorry, just came across the response. I will look into these devices. Thank you again for all the knowledge you provided.

Hi TJ, great content! You look Fantastic! I’m confused over which LED is best? Current Body or MaySama Pulsed light? The pulsed light is much further away from the face. I’ve always read LED is most effective close to the skin. Which do you recommend? Cheers🎉
Wow! Thank you so much for this thorough and informative video! I'm just getting into skin tools at 49, but hey, if it's there, why not use it! I've been big into spf since my new wave teen years, and I'll be damned if I go into aging peacefully. I plan to RIOT! 😂❤
@nabila-or6bz it's a better design, the modalities are optimised for the face, and it's just easier to use consistently. The Gen 3 doesn't actually offer any real enhancements on the Gen 2 HiFU, RF, or EMS and is okay for the body, but it's just too big for the face.
@@TJTutorials thanks TJ for the reply, I just subscribed to your channel this recently and got really hyped about this HiFU devices. Your videos help me a lot to understand more about HiFU, RF and EMS in a short time 😄 your explanation is very easy to understand too

Hi :) I found microneedling and the occasional glycolic peel to help the most. Obviously, plasma fibroblast was what made the biggest difference overall to start with, but now it's in a better condition, I maintain with weekly microneedling and using the Medicube Triple Collagen serum daily to hydrate and plump.
Hi, I’m new to your channel. Great review. I want to know your opinion . If I already use the LAD mask from current body, do you think I need the maysama panel ? Also I use the medicube booster pro. Thank you. From Quebec 😊
Is there alternative device available for medicube air shot(that use same technology)? Its not available in my contry and 3rd party websites charge huge for shipping, duty and taxes
The Booster H is fantastic, but I actually use this one a lot more (and also often in the same way as the Booster H) I guess it's just a little more versatile IMO ☺️
BTW do you use the high frequency wand on your entire face? I have very sensitive skin with rosacea which is under control, but lately I've had some flushes and I was wondering if the HF wand could be the cause...
Hey hey. I use the high frequency on my entire neck and face every other day and my rosacea hasn't flared up. Im not sure if it's because I apply Tranexamic acid once or twice a week, but the HF doesn't seem to impact redness. :)
The USSERA is by far superior. It is combined HiFU and Radio frequency and works beautifully well. The Lumo is OK, but there are identical devices to it on the market that are a fraction of the cost.
@@TJTutorials oh I do have to ask now : which purely radio frequency device would you recommend then ? Since ussera is combined with hifu. I was looking for one with pure radio frequency 👀
Hi, I love the Age-R EMS Shot, but I found a product that costs a fraction, also has medium-frequency EMS and rotating balls. It just doesn't feel right to me to be promoting a product that is actually overpriced when looking at similar ones on the market. This is something I'm noticing more and more over time, so will hold off recommending anything I feel is not completely worthy of the price tag 😊
@@TJTutorials Thank you for the honest reply. I just ordered one based on the good reviews I’ve seen from TH-camrs. As long as it works I’ll be happy. Glad you’re always on the look out for cost effective alternatives.
It all depends on how thick your facial hair is. If it's not too long, you can just apply extra conductive gel. However, anything more than half an inch in length is going to act like a barrier preventing the frequency from getting through properly. 😊
Hey 👋 I have regular PRP scalp injections, as well as daily Minox 5% and weekly microneedling. I also use a little thickening fibre gel at the roots, just to give more volume and density. 🙂 One day I'll be able to afford a transplant and I'll get it done without a second thought, but for now, this works for me.
What is the difference between the zip nano and the new nuface? Which one would you recommend if buying one only and do you need the zip nano if you already have the old version of nuface? Thank you so much 💗
Hi 😊 Great question. So, both the NuFace and ZIIP devices can stimulate collagen, elastin and skin firmness thanks to their enhancement of ATP production and muscle toning. However, I'd lean towards the ZIIP because it uses both microcurrent and nanocurrent technology, which in my experience, makes it so much more effective for well ageing and skin rejuvenation. Hope this helps with your decision making in some way.
It's all in the introduction of devices over time. Once I know one is working, then I try the next (plus heaps of study, education and work). Of course, there's going to be overlap and I can only talk from my own experiences. Likewise, not everyone will benefit from the same tools, it's all about finding what works best for the individual and using the advice of others as guidance rather than rules. 😊
I would say microcurrent and EMS are both great options. I also like to combine regular radio frequency treatments along my jawline to tighten the skin too 😁
You found the Mini Hifu 2.0 on Amazon.com? Seriously good work! $50 sounds a little low, but it could be them trying to shift stock before a block again? 🙂
I just personally find the 2.0 more to my liking. The 3rd gen is an amazing piece of kit (especially for doing the body too) but I feel the 2.0 is more streamlined and designed for the face and neck. Both have pretty much the same inner tech specs.
Hi. I would say the Medicube USSERA, mainly because it's high-frequency and ultrasound are optimised for facial rejuvenation with minimal risk of heat-induced fat loss. Plus, I believe they have 50% plus off this Black Friday.
@@TJTutorials Hi TJ , when I wrote I used the word tightening but I meant sagging. So the Medi cube USSERA would be the best for jowls and drooping? Hey hey. I use the high frequency on my entire neck and face every other day and my rosacea hasn't flared up. Im not sure if it's because I apply Tranexamic acid once or twice a week, but the HF doesn't seem to impact redness. :)
Does it work the same as medicube the hifu 2.0
Which is better? MiniHifu 2 or 3?
I personally prefer mini HiFU 2
Hi, do you like the medicube ussera more than the evenskyn lumo ? Which one gives you better results ?👀 please respond 🙏
The USSERA is by far superior. It is combined HiFU and Radio frequency and works beautifully well. The Lumo is OK, but there are identical devices to it on the market that are a fraction of the cost.
@@TJTutorials thank you so much ! ❤️ can't wait to order!
@@TJTutorials oh I do have to ask now : which purely radio frequency device would you recommend then ? Since ussera is combined with hifu. I was looking for one with pure radio frequency 👀
Hey there! What about the Medicube Age R device. Your video a few months ago was so positive about it! Do you no longer use it?
@@TJTutorials What would this device be please?
Can I use the Mini HiFu on my face with facial hairs? Or do I need to shave them before using the device?
It all depends on how thick your facial hair is. If it's not too long, you can just apply extra conductive gel. However, anything more than half an inch in length is going to act like a barrier preventing the frequency from getting through properly. 😊
TJ did you have a hair transplant? any info you want to share like if you are on Finasteride or Minoxidil?
Hey 👋 I have regular PRP scalp injections, as well as daily Minox 5% and weekly microneedling. I also use a little thickening fibre gel at the roots, just to give more volume and density. 🙂 One day I'll be able to afford a transplant and I'll get it done without a second thought, but for now, this works for me.
@@TJTutorials ~ Hi TJ :) Have you tried the Calecim stem cell treatment for hair loss?
If you are using so many devices, how do you know which one is really helping ?
It's all in the introduction of devices over time. Once I know one is working, then I try the next (plus heaps of study, education and work). Of course, there's going to be overlap and I can only talk from my own experiences. Likewise, not everyone will benefit from the same tools, it's all about finding what works best for the individual and using the advice of others as guidance rather than rules. 😊
@@TJTutorials Thank you
What is good for saggy jawline
I would say microcurrent and EMS are both great options. I also like to combine regular radio frequency treatments along my jawline to tighten the skin too 😁
So when you said it wasn't available on Amazon I just HAD to look and I found it for $50 is that about right?😮
You found the Mini Hifu 2.0 on Amazon.com? Seriously good work! $50 sounds a little low, but it could be them trying to shift stock before a block again? 🙂
Why the HIFU 2.0 instead of the newest version? I saw you've reviewed the 3rd iteration before, I would think the newer ones are better in some way.
I just personally find the 2.0 more to my liking. The 3rd gen is an amazing piece of kit (especially for doing the body too) but I feel the 2.0 is more streamlined and designed for the face and neck. Both have pretty much the same inner tech specs.
I have the 3.generation,and l'm realy glad that l got it.
Hi TJ , Thanks for your videos! Which would be best for tightening ? SKINXT 4 or Mini Hifu 2 or 3 or medi cube? Thank you :)
Also In one of your videos you used a device that you said helps build up your cheeks and keep them plump which device was that again ?
Could the medI cube USSERA help plump the cheeks? Thank you for you help! Have a good day:)
@@Jade-sm3pk Hi TJ I am also very interested in this question. Could you please, please, please answer this! 🙏
I got confused 😵 Nuface, Hifu or the Zip Device? Every one of them rejuvamate the skin and improves texture and fine lines. Please help my skin over 40 😢. I have the Bear Mini and I stoped using it.. i didnt liked it. Kisses from Greece ❤
If I had to choose, I would choose the ZIIP Halo. It's the most advanced out of the 3 and had dual microcurrent - nanocurrent technology 🤗
@@TJTutorials should I give the Bear foreo another try? Which technology is behind that? I heard that it had damaged many faces bc the frequency ist to high. 💋. On the other hand it is small & it looks like to have similarities to the Nuface. 💋
I got that exact mini hifu 2 on temu.
Ooh, I'll have a look. I love a Temu bargain
@@TJTutorials looks like they discontinued. Just got mine in April or May
Podrías traducir el video a español, te veo tan cambiado y guapo que me gustaría saber que dispositivos aconsejas, gracias
Missed your videos lately. Welcome back!
Thank you 😊
I wonder why HIFU 3.0 wasn't selected?
I just prefer the design and compact nature of the 2.0 more 😊
Do they make you lose facial fat?
🙂

Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊
im not sure if you mentioned it, but do yo use all of these ? and alternate, or do yo only use specific ones now ?
Can u recommend a list of products for a double chin?
You look fantastic! If you had to pick one device for lifting heavy jowls, what would you choose?
Just my opinion but heavy jowls can only be fixed with surgery or thread lift.
TJ, Hi there! I was today's year old when I joined your channel. Wonderful content! What a handsome man. Question for you, with the USSURA device, does it heat up? If so, how hot does it get ? the two things I'm worried about is, face fat loss and hyperpimentation in darker skin tones.
Ahhhhh, I'm so happy to have you joining me Kymiranee! Welcome 🤗 The USSERA does generate heat, but not excessively and only in the deeper layers - so it's super confortable. This makes it a safe option for all skin tones, especially those who experience hyperpigmentation. Hope this helps ❤️
@@TJTutorials This help! Thanks a bunch.
TJ, do you recommend the mini hifu 2 over the newer mini hifu 3?
I love them both, but I just feel this one is a little easier to use (and hold) and is the one I'm happiest with.
That’s the first thing I noticed too 6960 😊 TJ you look absolutely beautiful! What a glow this is the best I’ve ever seen you look you’ve got to make a comment on this. I didn’t watch your whole video yet I got too excited I had to compliment you first. I am stunned. Beautiful.
Awwww, that's very sweet of you to say. Thank you.
