I just learned about this concept myself! I have Gas Ghost strings on my bow which apparently have a twist that results in a leftward rotation. I confirmed this in my garage shooting in to my bag from about 10 feet.
Ur supposed to fletch the arrow the way the bow kicks a bare shaft towards if it kicks left fletch left if it kicks right fletch right becuuse if u fletch a bow that’s spinning an arrow left with a right fletch the arrow will be nuckle balling trying to go from what it wants to spin to now trying to spin right
I hear you but it doesn’t make a different to accuracy and if you plan on hunting with broadheads a left helical may actually cause your heads to come loose.
Ive never had anything Ike that happen ever even the best shooters that are right handed that shoot a left helical Levi Morgan left helical for hunting not saying it couldent happen I sure it can but I’ve never heard of it
Thanks man, the clearest explanation I have found for this.
Agreed
great vid, clear and concise
You need the Cali-Bitz decal to know what degree you’re fletching at. 👍🙏🏹
Great video! Clear and to the point with good advice.
Doesn't right vs left helical depend on how your bow is strung? Great observation regarding broadheads potentially loosening with a left helical.

But it is a good tip to know if your arrows start grouping weird with a broad head
Last Chance VMP is $300. It's a nice jig and can fletch left and right helical, but it's really pricey.
Loving the content, recently found n sub to you. Aloha from Hawaii
Thank you 🙏 Hawaii is on my bucket list to hunt. Looking forward to making it over there one day
