@@icetide9411Same. Those kind of voices are a bit to feral for their species - your usual Dragonborn tend to be quite civilized and well-raised in comparison to most Humanoid races. So they usually have voices and accents that fit such backgrounds.

I really want to say "more like one or two lines happen and then the conversation normally happens" but that's actually not the case for a very small number of them

Why do I get feeling she was written as "somebody who tries to sell you something by over exaggerating niceness in obviously fake manner" but she instead comes across as charming which makes it weird most of dialog options towards her are mean :'D
might be the fact that it's not usual for dragonborns to be that outward or expressive, especially to older dragonborns maybe, or maybe she's just meant to come across as annoying

Dragonborn's have an innate level of pride akin to their namesake, mix that in with a strong comradery towards their fellow dragonborn, and you have a race that expects a level dignity to be shared amongst their clansmen. To "sell that dignity for menial labor" is a blow to the pride of other Dragonborn. Granted, while its clearly not a universally shared sentiment depending on your dialogue options, its quite clear that YOUR dragonborn if you dein to always choose the Dragonborn related option; Either refuses entirely to tolerate the situation, or has the burning desire to know WHY, before they willing admonish or begrudgingly/amicably accept the situation.

The difference is that the butler is a serviceman working under elite high society while in this one's case, it seems like she's lowering herself to serve when the context is that the blacksmith she's working for genuinely is very highly respected and skilled to the point where apprenticeship under him is a real honor. But he's so poor-looking that it's impossible to find that out on a first glance.

Ignoring that, the Dragonborn girl in question seems positively delighted to be doing a job that is generally considered beneath them. As for the follow-up dialogue choices... Perhaps a little carelessness in the dialogue flow for the "licker" option to pop-up XD
The worst part is how she go into denial and reassure us that he’ll be back. I wanted to constantly check on her afterwards because she’s literally all alone now. Even more tragic is how she’s so genuine in her admiration for the blacksmith despite his behavior. In lore, Dragonborn form really powerful family bond and since it seems likely she’s exiled from her birth clan…
There's something charming about the Dragonborns not having the generic 3 packs a day smoker's voice.. I think that's part of the reason why Rya was appreciated so much in Elden Ring, or atleast I thought she was an eat character anyway.
I love how one of the dialogue options for that tiny guy is "How often do you loot corpses", worded in a way that makes it sound bad, even though you also loot every corpse you find.

I do like that most dragonborn have an emotional side to what they love to do, but also a very logical approach to it Her explaning how is not menial to work for such blacksmith, and then Dragonborn Tav reply to her argument, both with a very emotional demeanor to interact to the question and the answer
I like to think that dragonborn have similar personalities to the types of dragon they're decended from. Guessing she's a brass dragonborn, Brass dragons are a jolly and social type of dragons, so a lighthearted personality makes a good deal of sense. The player dragonborn definitely looks more chromatic in ancestry, I'd say black or green, the horns make me lean more towards black. So that would fit well with them being rather more dour, and a little mean in some of their dialog options as they have a darker lineage. Of course this isn't to say that a dragonborn can't go against "type", they have an easier time of it than full dragons do. Don't know if this game lets you tune personality in character creation the way Solasta does, hope it does and you're not stuck with all dragonborn characters playing super serious. The idea of a Copper dragonborn without a sense of humor is too horrible to contemplate! LOL

Exxvikyap and Popper are easily the most adorable in that area. I've bought stuff from both of them just to buy from them. I didn't even want the items HAHA. Between the "Hiii! Yay!!" and "Want a treato?" they stole my heart. And I don't even want it back.
One thing always bothered me playing Dragonborne; we're forced to wear boots, when naturally the species has 3 inch long talons on the feet, meaning playing as a monk should be even more scary
Not to mention they default to not having tails, despite 5e renditions usually showing them to have tails, tails aren't accounted for in any armor or clothing designs, and their feet should be digitigrade, not plantigrade.

The most adorable Dragonborn in all of existence. I do feel bad about having to knock out her boss when I could not diffuse the situation Orin caused, but at least he'll live and she's cheerful as ever.
Actually, after I defuse the situation with diplomacy, Orin came back to finish the job and taunt me with a letter she left drench with his blood. The poor girl refuse to believe me when I broke the new of her mentor’s demise and spent the rest of the game waiting for his return. A false hope as the blacksmith carcass was put on display by Orin as a tribute to Bhaal.

Exxvikyap and Popper are easily the most adorable in that area. I've bought stuff from both of them just to buy from them. I didn't even want the items HAHA. Between the "Hiii! Yay!!" and "Want a treato?" they stole my heart. And I don't even want it back.

One thing always bothered me playing Dragonborne; we're forced to wear boots, when naturally the species has 3 inch long talons on the feet, meaning playing as a monk should be even more scary
Kinda sucks how games often shaft playable beast folk species like that.
Also it should add to strike damage, those Talons aren’t just for show. When boots are applied I think it should go down but up defense.

Not to mention they default to not having tails, despite 5e renditions usually showing them to have tails, tails aren't accounted for in any armor or clothing designs, and their feet should be digitigrade, not plantigrade.

The most adorable Dragonborn in all of existence. I do feel bad about having to knock out her boss when I could not diffuse the situation Orin caused, but at least he'll live and she's cheerful as ever.
Actually, after I defuse the situation with diplomacy, Orin came back to finish the job and taunt me with a letter she left drench with his blood. The poor girl refuse to believe me when I broke the new of her mentor’s demise and spent the rest of the game waiting for his return. A false hope as the blacksmith carcass was put on display by Orin as a tribute to Bhaal.
