This is a non-service train. These carriages travel from Sofia to the Express Service plant in Obtaztsov Chiflik for wheel repair.

@@hakanersoy7914 Yes, it is located at the next station after you take the 9th railway line, which leads to Kaspichan and Varna. I have videos from there, if you are interested, you can watch them.
