@@YoDomm Yeah, it does percent damage so it basically does like 15% dmg to anybody, even if you are fighting the tankiest player it does the same amount. And if you were to use it on a freshie it would do the same 15%, I would say it is a balanced skill

Am gonna Tell what ppl dont tell... ALL spawns are the same for every server, me and friends got Dhalsim 3x in row same spot, If u find It or someone do It in front of ya Just server Hop and wait for the npc spawn in that server + the npc First spawn is 2 hours after the server opening then when he spawn the next spawn is gonna be 2 hours from when u defeated him.
