The street scene had me nervous for a second, I thought the buses were going to hit each other. At first I was like "That bus is on the wrong side of the road". Then I remembered you are in the UK and that's how it is.

So why did you move the practice location?. In the new office, Is there an elevator for those with disabilities? Are you a sole practitioner?
Wait! So people with sore feet/problems walking have to walk to your office and climb stairs? What about the handicapped?
