Why is corruption not treated as a treason instead @sampson?

Samson just had 2 npp communicators in the studio and kpenka as their air support. These two in the studio made absolute no sense. They just agreed with each other regardless of what position each one of them stood.

Massa 3 high court judges were murdered in cold blood by PNDC in 1982 in a similar circumstances of hate and bitterness! Between 2004 to 2008 NDC in opposition threatened judges with such hate and bitterness while in opposition and humiliated and nearly collapsed the judiciary through the bogus Anas entrapment between 2012 to 2015. These examples tells how vicious the corrupt NDC can do when they want or get power to rule but not to lead!

This guy Kpemka cannot leave his political mind at home and discuss issues objectively and truthfully! He must know he can’t claim the preserve of knowledge. The President can be wrong and when he is found to be wrong we have the right to criticize him. When a politician like Mr Kpemka struggled to defend him we can see it.

Look at these two attackers at the studios... When you are taking me to general legal counsel for a caution statement i have made why now the focus is on context..... Who said when you are doing a demonstration you are only allowed to speak only to the demonstration matters and nothing else

The fact that Nana Addo as candidate in opposition was vociferous in condemning authorities against free speech doesn’t mean he should do same as president. There are things you can say as a private citizen but can’t say as a president. In this regard, his doing so will be tantamount to interference. I agree with Kpempa, the institutions are there and we must allow them to work. It doesn’t stand to reason that the president will be telling the police who to arrest and who not to arrest.

The statement of Sosu is a general one, and was not directed at anyone, so why are they worried about it? It is only in Ghana that.tge judiciary think that they are so invincible and sacrosanct that no one should make any statement that calls their profession for scrutiny. His statement was premised the conditional statement that if one makes himself a political judge....., so where is his fault? Sampson has also been unfair in this discussion by bringing in only people sympathetic to the NPP to discuss this issue. This is shameful. The fact of the matter is that our judiciary is one on the main reasons why this country is so polarised. Majority of Ghanaians know that our judges are corrupt, and manifestly biased. Anas proved it, and they know it themselves.

Sasu is a lawyer and ought to know better. Sasu should give us specific cases instead of throwing dust into our eyes. We're the Supreme Court judges who rule in favor of NDC, his party, during 2012 presidential election challenge political judges? So, if it doesn't go his way, then they're political judges, right?

Our judges are not more corrupt than our politicians including our lawless lawmakers period.

@@sampsonboateng8170 What was Akuffo Addo alluding to when he he spoke about "Arab Spring" in relation to the Ghanaian situation in the heat of the 2016 elections? What would you have said if he had been arrested for inciting violence through youth uprising? Sosu only said the truth in hypothetical terms. Oh yes, it sounds reasonable that if anyone decides to be a political judge, so shall that person be treated when politics plays in the event of any regime change; he who the cap fits, can decide to wear it; who cares? We all make general statements that could be interpreted by anyone any how, depending on their perceptions, but those perceptions do not make those statements binding and specifically directed at any particular person. Wht at all his crime. Wbay are we afraid of the truth? Didn't we witness judges collecting gifts and yams in exchange for "justice"? Let us wait and see what legitimate and sensible charges they will file against him. By the way, what did you say when Kennedy Agyepong openly insulted judges on TV and radio. What did the so-called Bar Association and the Association of Judges and Magistrates do about that? Bob Marley was really apt in his song about "hypocrites and parasites", and we don't have a shortage of them around us. Shameless sycophants!!!

@@sampsonboateng8170 Judges are worse. To collect goats and yams in order to free Armed Robbers who have killed and maimed innocent persons, is the worse form of corruption any sane person can engage in. To give weird judgements to favour wrong over right just for selfish gains, and to incarcerate innocent persons in exchange for financial and other favours is worse than murder. Just go back and watch Aremeyaw Ana's video again, and come tell me that those judges are better than politicians. Yes, politicians are corrupt, the worse of which we are witnessing today in our country, but the actions of some judges kill any morality and humanity left in us.

    • @ibrahimissaka5208

@@sampsonboateng8170 Were you in this country when the former Director of the Ghana School of Law, Mr Kweku Asare, said that judges are not free to take their own decisions, and that they will always do what they are told to do? He went on to say that they are timorous, and thus, any case by any group against the General Legal Council, especially law students in that particular instance, will fail? He further said that any judge who will be appointed to handle that case will be told what to do. He addex that it was even more so when there is a political case. What happened to him? Why did the Bar Association, Association of Judges and Magistrates and hypocrites like you not say anything? Not even a rebuke. But today, because Sosu is a lightweight, and more so a politician of the NDC stock, all the minicompoops and political lawyers are up in arms. Those who judge unfairly will surely face the wrath of God when they appear to be judgesd by the altimate Supreme Judge on the day of reckoning. Hypocrisy will destroy this country.
