    Don’t get your honey where you make your money! To avoid a charge just stay away from women at work.

    There are many companies that do not protect employees. I was harassed by another male coworker for about a month. A manager saw him harassing only me and I complained right then but nothing happened. Companies need to train everyone from the top to bottom on what harassment is, how to handle it, etc. I was 21 at the time and didn’t know sexual harassment laws, otherwise this company I worked for would be getting a lawsuit from me.

    Whaaat??!!! So, males can go around forcefully (unwelcomed ) kissing females or vice versa, and it isn’t grounds for dismissal/termination? Ridiculous!

    • @battlexlegend
      @battlexlegend 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Jojo Jo it is ridiculous!!! Like think about it, the next day after the kiss happens, you work with them afterwards! The person wouldn’t even wanna look at them no doubt!

    I’m being sexually harassed at my job and nothing is being done about it. I’ve sat down with managers and they do absolutely nothing. I can’t just quit because I need to the job so bad.

      Take notes, record voices if they say stuff. Collect evidence and you can go to a tribunal

      Sunny Ray is it illegal to record someone without their consent? I’m in the same situation

    • @DS127
      @DS127 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dreamzz6498 It depends on location whether one or both participants have to agree to being recorded. If in the U.S. look up "one party consent state" and "two party consent state". If you can't find out for sure ask a lawyer.
      You can still write down incidents in the meantime.

    I reported workplace harassment within the sheriff's office and ultimately won the lawsuit (the harrassment was caught on camera) and from that point on I've had nothing but insults and pay back games within the sheriff's department these guys all stick together and don't like it when you stand up and go against them. It's as if I'm the bad guy and he's the victim. These officers are thugs in uniform if I'd have known how reporting this was going to cause my civil rights to be completely trampled over I'd never say a word I'd just leave.

    Based on my own experience (or nightmare) regarding this process, I am really concerned about anyone who has had to endure the asinine approaches to investigative reporting that has both exploited, re-victimized and re-traumatized survivors.

      @Angel rose No, no they don't. Maybe some messed up men, but most men don't like being touched without consent.

    • @sunmirror6075
      @sunmirror6075 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @Angel rose that is very sexist. Some men get traumatized when they are sexually assaulted just like women do. No means no. If they don't want it to happen to them it is sexual assault. Women ask for equality but don't take it seriously when men get assaulted. I know a friend( Male) who was sexually assaulted when he was 15 and he didn't want to speak up about it because he thought he would be seen as a coward.
      "Well why didn't you just push her back" they said. If that's the case why don't you ask women why didn't you just push him back or report it. We should take sexual harassment seriously no matter the gender

    A woman I know was given one of those sexual harassment guides in an H.R. office that explained the different types. She reads it saying as she pointed to each: I want this one done to me. I also want that one done to me. OOOh I want this one done to me twice!!

    I am grateful that the #MeToo movement has gotten recognition to provide a voice to millions. I would prefer that there are categories that support the groups within the movement. Child sexual abuse, sexual aggression, sexual harassment and sexual assault have to be handled very differently. The excessive delay has now caused victims to check off more than one box and that is disgraceful.

    I filed the case of sexual harassment case in Bangladesh against powerful employees, then my employer filed 6 false cases against me and sent me to jail of false case.
    On the other hand, law and enforcement team helped those criminal having money.

    This is Bangladesh where corruption and power does not allow us to get justice 😭

    It's always dudes in the workplace who are touchy feely. Always placing their hands on men and women, etc.
    It should be that if you're caught doing it, then you're fired. Doesn't matter if the co-worker or employee claims to be okay with it. They won't be asked. The toucher is just fired and not told why.

    The most common form of sexual harassment in the workplace today is women against men. Obese women, for instance, are sexually frustrated and frequently are aggressive towards men by ridiculing their masculinity with public displays of effeminate, homosexual mannerisms and speaking vocabulary and pronunciations. They publically infer that the targeted male is "gay", homosexual, or engages in bisexual behavior. Obese women justify this "gay-baiting" as a form of motivation, but this is a complete falsehood. It does not motivate at all, it only encourages and condones violence in the workplace.

    Im not lying at all here, a co-worker looked me in the eyes while she removed her engagement ring at a company riddled with sexual harassment allegations, i saw it she saw me looking at it and its the reason i didnt hit on her. What do you make of that? It just dawned on me after i retired and began to reflect that i remembered seeing that. She looked me in the eyes while she did this, dunno at all but will people stop reading that book like scientists tell you its detrimental for you to? It looks (like) people get ideas on how to act from it in the worse ways and scientists will say that. The stories are as fake as alot of news reports and the charecters didnt exist. Really that what those astrophysicists and the like are trying to tell you.

    This is the most contrived set up media charade I’ve seen in this topic and it assumes woman are stupid and naive. A normal adult woman knows when they are being harassed but they cannot forced to complain about it. If they choose not to for whatever reason, it is t the employers fault and it doesn’t mean the organizations culture overall is harassing.
