I played seniors and none of the bowlers in this game seem too quick then again though I have played third grade with bowlers up to 120kph but I guess it's something you get used to
PS- Not trying to brag just pointing out something I noticed.

Brother just happens to me everyday, my weakest point is legside bowling. But playing it in offside is my most strongest point. I had hit 4' fours in an over, when the bowler was bowling in the offside but time when I had to face legside, I cant usually hit. It happened to me when I was 12 yr old. Now am 13 y/o but always feel confident about playing it in both sides just because of the amount of practise I had done in indoors.

Watch the ball closely. Get on the back foot so that you have more time to watch the ball and get your hands up so that you can adjust more easily based on the bounce.
