The one with aura is BTS leader RM (Namjoon), he is usually involved in writing of all the bts songs and even some of the member's solo songs, he's a lyrical genius with IQ 148
so Halsey is close friends with suga and largely known for being and indie singer who sings in cursive, she got way more mainstream after this collaboration. she is kind of goofy with a big heart, and unfortunately you don't really hear her vocals cause they don't stand out, but she sings a lot of the filler lines and there are lines that she sings with Jimin and his voice sounds very similar to hers, but her voice is basically like an integration into the chorus rather than like a traditional feature where normally the feature would get like a solo verse or w/e
Halsey is a dear friend of BTS, and closer to Suga (they had a collabs too just 2 of them) I would say, that Halsey is one of the first american singer that beeing friends with BTS. She got all of BTS members friendships bracelets as a gift, and BTS even gave her matching Microphones, so she can use it when they performed together.. she also defended BTS when people talking trash about BTS and Army.. Both collabs are precious, it’s just in Coldplay collab we got documentation so we get the feeling much more and it’s more recent, so i guess they want to do more than what they’ve done Now both of Coldplay and Halsey are still dear friends of bts, both of them feel protective of bts.. let’s love all of them 😊😊💜💜
The song for the MV and the song on spotify is slightly different. The MV version she has minor lines so its easier for them to perform it in Korea when shes not there, and then theres a version on spotify (without a MV) where she sings more. The spotify version is probably the official version. It's still not a lot of lines, but its more than the MV lol. Fun fact of the day
Yeah I’m sure you already know all of the members have multiple solo works and they’re all fantastic! The guy you said raps like you is RM, he’s the leader of the group. Also, they subtlety allude to Icarus in another song, Blood, sweat and tears and the mv for that one is a trip. And Halsey, the girl in this video, even commented on how she didn’t really add much to the song but she’s a great performer and truly enjoys spending time with BTS. She even did a song with Suga called Lilith, the anthem for the Diablo IV game.
