I'd be very interested to know what went on over dinner before all this happened.

Wow. I want to know, how someone with that much property and wealth, had no cameras?

Why would a criminal have cameras on his property that would incriminate him in anything🤣🤣

@@dodgingbullets3503 well exactly. It all seems a bit contrived on the legal defence end.

this man has proven to be a Liar, cheat, thief and drug abuser. He tired to have himself killed to collect insurance of 10 million dollars, he stole money from his job, now his family is killed and no one knows why but him. gun power residue in his car. this man is dishonest.

Two family members (maybe 3) together looking at their dogs …suddenly 2 are shot… no movement of alarm….tells me the third member did the crime. No movement of “wow” who is here with us? Best way I can explain .

And the dogs weren't barking like crazy - something dogs do when strangers are present. My 2 dogs start barking when anyone walking down the street is 4 houses away.

That was a terrible opening statement by the defense! It was overly graphic, disorganized, and unbelievable. He'd start saying something, then interrupt himself by saying "uh, uh, uh, by the way" and then start talking about something else without ever coming back to the first thing he was saying. He's the definition of "scatterbrained" when what he needs to be is focused, organized, and assertive. All he gave the jury was a big old word salad.

He also lies about Maggie’s phone in use around 855. The phone locked at 849. She may have received messages but the phone is locked. Very stupid if defense to lie this way, insults the jury! I do t even think she was able to receive messages after lock.

I just posted something similar...the two defense attorneys were terrible. But as I mentioned, it continues to show Alex's mentality, as he truly believes he is the smartest person in the room, and everyone will believe what HE says. Mr Waters is outstanding, best of the best, but Alex was doomed from the start with those 2 idiots.

45 minute window to where intruders found 2 people on 1000 acres and left no evidence. His alibi changed so many times... didn't see them.. oh saw them but I wasn't anywhere near the dog kennels.. wait I'm on tape at the kennels? Well then yeah I was there. But let me falsely accuse VICTIMS of a boat crash caused by my son.. WOW. IDK if it pulled the trigger, but no way is he 100% innocent of this crime

Maggie’s phone locked at 849. Alex took her phone and unlocked it at 853. Notable both Maggie and Paul’s phones locked within seconds of eachother. .Alex s just insane.

What I can't get passed is If Alex is GUILTY of the murders "How did Alex have time to take a shower and then get dressed drive to dispose of Maggie s phone 📱 then drive to his mom's and sit with them a while then drive back home to find the bodies? 🤦I don't see how he could do all of this in an hr s time 🤔 But ok.

Just a thought Mr Harpootlian....maybe next time you defend a murder defendant, or anyone for that matter, dont scream at the jury during opening statements. Nice aggressive confrontational, condescending approach. Great plan. Just further proof that shows Alex Murdaugh's mentality, that he would think these 2 defense attorneys would be perfect to defend him. Smarter than everyone else in the room, right?
Well done Mr Waters. That's how you do it. But I doubt they learned a thing, probably still stunned that they didnt win.

Somebody had better explain to the jury that they can disbelieve the motive and still find him guilty. Because that's the dumbest motive I have ever heard! And somebody better explain that they can think he's a terrible person but not guilty of murder. Because he's clearly a terrible person.
