Yes you can increase the sleeve measurements.
Depending on the style you want to sew, you may have to add a bit to the armhole so the sleeves can move freely if it’s longer.

Not sure if you have a video on this subject and I'm unaware but my concern is weather you can make a video on how to purchase fabric, as you know that fabric comes in different width so based on the width and our measurements we can have an idea as to how much fabric we need for the project. I know this may sound challenging but you're the expert
