Dang Dr. Cauley, just when I think your findings can't amaze me more than you already have.
Can we nominate you for Surgeon General?

At 23 min, the statement about "white male", while good should be replaced by "economically advantaged". He was a highly educated and well insured (Navy) professional.
While I disagree with none of the social issues mentioned, the absence of good and affordable medical and mental health care are the biggest factor of all.
It is now fashionable to talk about mental health, but it is still prohibitively expensive to get treatment.
    Kudos on the collegiate program!
Add mental health education and support in middle and high school!
Mid 20's and up: A lot of people haven't actually fallen into the hole of addiction during the college period. They don't fall in until they discover that hope is not as bright as they were once told in highschool and college.
Economic downturns, successive job losses, pain, debt ... Wake up America and change before it is to late to turn the country around!

I was in rehab for 2 weeks and just got out today. during My time there I got scrambled eggs for a brain and i don't feel like myself. Its hard to get my words together in order to conversate and make sense. I felt like someone drugged me that has me feeling weird , and not myself. I relapsed today and that didn't get me back to my old self. Am i making sense? If so, anybody else feel this way ? I was shooting coke and dope and a friend told me its the coke withdrawal that has your brain messed up.
