One of my favorites by them, i had pretty much the same reaction as you on the "drop". You should add "The night does not belong to god" on your list of songs to check out, it's slower than alot of their other songs, but still amazing.
To add to my previous comment, I've just started trying to write music recently and sleep token being a huge inspiration of mine, I started listening to their instrumentals more and dude idk why but listening to that one just blew my mind at how simple the instrumental was but how powerful it feels. Like that shit tears me up.

Ive had this song on at parties n shit, and people who won't even touch metal music at all ask me about Sleep Token. They're a band that tracends genre and whatever taste people pigeon hole themselves into.
I know take me back to eden has really brought new fans to sleep token. But, it's songs like this that keep me coming back. It's SO unique and unlike most things you hear in the "metal" genre.
Their song Descending would be great to continue this sound/direction of music from Sleep Token. Really showcases their R&B and it's my personal favorite Sleep Token song
Sleep Token has a few of these more hip hop songs, this song actually made its way on to the Fortnite soundtrack :) Easily one my favs from them! Their other more hip hop songs are; Like That Descending Mine There is also another side of Sleep Token you haven't quite heard yet in the vocal range and melodies. The song Take Aim is a much softer melodic version of Sleep Token and the vocal range displayed is ridiculous lol.
ST really leans into the electronica / RnB sound on their second album. Descending, Mine, and Like That are the songs most like this one. Also recommend Give. It's from the same album as this one and has that RnB vibe as well, and is personally one of my favorites by them
It's a very "London" style track, if you have been there you know, there's the speed of things happening clashing with grime, there's people in poverty and people in $20 Million apartments in spitting distance, there's the highest of tech and medieval tech still in use because it works, it's a weird city, and this would be its perfect soundtrack

You got a little sample of their singer in one of your Landmvrks reactions. Resolve - Forever Yours. It’s one of the best songs I’ve ever heard, might not be for you, but I think you will really like it.
Another great band to check out in the MetalCore scene that doesn’t get enough recognition but they are truly amazing is “Deadlights” and their album “The Uncanny Valley” is a true work of art… “Contact” is my personal favorite song but if you want to start with something lighter listen to “Frozen Over”… this band is pretty unique but really amazing!

This song is just pure build up and the drop is the climax. You want it to go longer but it’s actually the perfect amount of heavy. So glad you finally got to this one.
Vessel II was the first to draw me in on "Alkaline"....but that's all it took. To me, he's a combination of Joey Jordison and Stewart Copeland. Absolutely fantastic. Then Vessel I grew on me and I was the biggest fan. I love this band like no other.
