I played Stardew Valley for 9 hours and 55 minutes while watching this vod. There was a moment when I got a copper axe and RT got it a second before I did. We were a month apart but it was still fun watching him progress. It is insane how good of a world and system RT made. I've played the game before but this method of farming has made me return to the it.

The Owl statue is not in every seed. And yes, Stardew Valley has world seeds. And if it is in your seed, more times than not, it should appear in Year 1.
I was watching this while playing a heavily modded Stardew playthrough, and just stopped to look for (and found) a mod that gives Linus a little cabin I get that he likes to live in nature canonically, but I feel like even then it helps to have a little bit of shelter during bad weather, yknow
At around 57:00 there's something I noticed happening. Some people are perceiving the inconsistency I'm seeing. Sometimes RT is completely accepting of new information as long as it doesn't cross some arbitrary line that he draws seemingly randomly. Or at the very least the line is not visible enough for me. He'll more or less snap and be annoyed and frustrated with the people who he once thanked for giving unsolicited advice. Perhaps if it's sincerely important to RT not to have any spoilers on game mechanics then it might be beneficial towards that end to put something on the screen that states very clearly that any help that isn't asked for is not welcome and will be reprimanded. I'm just trying to be helpful because it seems important to RT for certain things, but not others.

His chat tells him to go North, which is where the spa gets revealed, to assuage his concerns 4. He chastises his chat for "backseating" even though they were just trying to explain what happened Honestly as someone who usually only watches his TH-cam highlights and have just started viewing his stream archives, his quickness to anger here is really off-putting. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed his reaction because it feels completely unreasonable

rt was incredibly lucky having so much food to rely on for start of summer without it the farm would've been a disaster those 213 crops he planted on day one drain an entire energy bar (304 energy) every day, without the food there would have been nothing to do but sacrifice a portion of the farm
