I'm a reader so I love scary books. I don't watch many scary movies anymore. I love Dean Koontz, Steven King, and several other authors that I don't have enough room to mention. I really liked scary movies when I was much younger. Great tutorial for the folio, I am definitely going to make one. Opening both ways intrigues me.
This folio is so sweet. I really like the blue/teal color pop. I don't care to watch or read scary things but when I do, I turn the sound down on the TV when the suspenseful part comes up and it doesn't seem as scary.

Halloween-Crafting is my Favorite, but The Haunt Season is the Absolute Busiest Time of year for me. As an EFX-Makeup Artist & Haunted Attraction Actress; I hardly get to see my own bed between Late-September & the 1st Weekend in November. Since I don't have much time to craft during The Haunt Season, I create in the Spooky, Creepy, Witchy, Ghosty, Mystical, Magical, Pastelloween/Halloween Vibes all year long! LOL! I LOVE how this turned out! As far as reading or watching.... I'd rather ACT A SCARY STORY OUT! LOL!

I made 3 minis of these today for a craft fair. They came out so cute! I only used one section(vs. the four you connected). I added a few things to it, more photo mats and a pocket - but now I can try it at a $10 price to see what happens. Thank you for sharing your ideas!
That candy print is sweet...couldn't resist! This color blue seems a lot more acceptable than pastel pink...just my personal preference making an appearance. I like the inserts being taller than the pages...nice look and very functional...good paper engineering. What's the difference between a folio of this sort and a mini album? I don't really appreciate the scary movies or the books...I start to read or watch and end up doing something else. My very first memory of a nightmare was after watching the Boris Karloff version of Frankenstein on TV...I think I was about 11 years old. My...that was a lot of years ago! I so enjoy watching this daily series...such creative projects!

Cute album! Love that punch of color you get using that turquoise blue! So different when creating Halloween projects but it works so well. I love to read and enjoy suspense novels. I think reading would be scarier for horror stories because your mind goes to places that a film would never go......boo
I remember being pretty scared by reading Stephen King's book Salem's Lot when I was about 12, oddly for a school English class assignment, but also being in a movie theater with the audience just screaming during a premiere showing of "Halloween"...no one had seen that kind of a horror movie, now it is almost "tame"...

I really liked reading Pet Cemetery. I watched Psycho at the drive-in, and I was scared for many years. Some images never go away.
