Ok so let’s get this in perspective. Learning and playing an instrument including the voice is a skill. Then performing it live is another skill. Then performing it live as part of a band where you also have to listen to the rest of the team is another skill. Then to arrange that performance so that part of the team has to play more than one instrument is yet another skill. From such a young band OMG.
