FYI for viewers, the reason he didn't have guaranteed crit in the last battle is because he Terastalized to Fairy! Only Dragon types get a 2 stage crit boost from Dragon Cheer. When you Terastalize to Fairy it becomes a 1 stage modifier so his Miraidon was only at a stage 2 crit chance (50%) :) So easy to forget this Dragon Cheer/Tera interaction with these teams.
I would have preferred Assault Vest Incineroar, this way Incineroar can be more offensive and can be fast too depending upon spreads, its more useful now since Unnerve Calyrex are everywhere. Good team though.
I'm late but the Lilligant was most likely Own Tempo for the Oricorio synergy. Lilligant knows Teeter Dance which hits all adjacent Pokemon with confusion and if Oricorio is on the field it'll use it again. Granted, it's not a good synergy when chlorophyll with Groudon is right there and you only need to confuse once, but that's probably why Lilligant wasn't outspeeding
An Assault Vest Incineroar might be the better option, that way it can be able to spare more stat points in Attack or speed as preferred depending upon the specific requirement

Lilligant has chlorophyll which doubles speed in sun. So sun+chlorophyll+2 quiver dances should outspeed.
