नमस्ते जी, अगर हमें रोज के 100 -200 पापड तैयार करना होतो समय लग जायेगा, Plz ऐसा तरिका बताये कि अधिक से अधिक मात्रा पापड तैयार किये जा सके। वो भी कम समय में
المكونات : كوب دقيق الرز ، ملعقتين زيت ، نص ملعقة ملح ، ربع ملعقة كمون . نضع على كوب دقيق الرز كوبين ماء ونحركه ، ثم نضيف الكمون والملح . ندهن صحن زيت ونضع فوقه الخليط ونضعه على حمام بخار ونغطي عليه لمدة دقيقتين أو ثلاثة ، ثم نضعه على قماش قطن ..نكرر العملية حتى نفاذ الكمية .. ثم بعد ساعتين نقلب الدوائر على الوجه الثاني ونتركها تجف تماما لمدة يوم أو يومين على حسب حرارة الجو .. والافضل تعريضها للشمس. بعد أن تجف تماما تصبح جاهزة للقلي .. وبالعافية . مسلمة عربية 🌹
