I run a dump(tipper)r truck in the US. We haul 20ft seacans on sliding 40ft tri-axle chassis. dump on level concrete pads. The biggest problem we have is the load is off center. To the right or left. That happens where they are loaded at overseas. I use to haul gravel out of quarries in Kentucky. 16 ft TRI axle dump truck. 27 ton payload American. The crown of the load has to be centered. If not don't leave the site. I set up in a straight line.shoten chassis to dump.set brakes Open the container doors. ( Load is dense and heavy) truck in neutral. Foot on brake. Engage PTO release brakes pile will push you out.clear pile shake box. Let box down . Clean off tailgate shut doors stretch back to road length and leave.
Get rid of your tipper trailer specially those ones ho just stand on 1 rear axle buy a belt drive trailer I guess more expensive but if you roll over with 1 tipper you already paid for one belt floor
I have yet to see a banksman in any quarry, HSE state that pedestrians should stay on designated walkways. I'd prefer to see proper drivers giving advice instead of desk jockeys with spotless ppe.
I tipped a Volvo F7 8x4 years ago..tipping in a landfill was perfectly fine walked away.....happened due to bad maintenance...on the wagon there was play in hinge that attaches the body to the chassis... Half this video is absolute horse shit..don’t move FWd when the rams up ??..... must have sent that Ram up 10000x every time I pull Fwd and slam the anchors with the body lifted

How the hell do you tip over a full framed end dump? And tipping is what I do after I get a lap dance
Try an old chassis-less trailer on an NCB stocking ground in winter 😳
most of that is great advice but not allways possable , when tipping on building sites early in the morning etc
Main reasons for rollover are inexperienced or stupid driver on uneven or unsuitable ground
