Pretty sure he will release on Global for the Ex part of the anniversary instead of Vegito Eza and Buuhan EZA that Global already got. It would fit well with Beast being part 2. Either that or Toppo comes earlier then the august dfe from last years and it will start already on the Ex part date and Cell Max is the part 2 LR before WWC

I think since the buuhan and vegito ezas came early to fit the theme of the majin buu saga celebration i am pretty sure for the ex part we are getting cell max to fit the celebration of the 9th anniversary
1.2m defense with 30% dr will age out faster than people will like. I'm guessing getting supered by big 9th anni bosses will not end up well for him if hes not on his active turn.
I like how his active skill directly makes him a target for all attack after the entire planet blow up.

Damn ... I don't think he needs any way of raising DEF on Super with those multiplicative buffs in his passive. 1300% DEF for the first 3 turns after receiving 5 hits, 1100% DEF after the intro animation buffs run out. Looks absolutely nuts!
That’s not how it works you add them all together he only has 650% then the 100% you get form being hit is multiplicative so no support fully built up with his intro he is only at 1.2maybe 1.3 mil def that’s it with guard and 30% DR that’s good when the guard and the 100% stats from
Intro drop though he is just going to be 1 mil def with 30% DR and he is fine for normals but gets clapped by most bosses supers I think he’s good but should have been better

People are just going to keep saying do you really want to summon on it before the anniversary but in reality they're never going to catch up to JP because JP will just continue to release stuff that Global doesn't have
If it was me making the unit I would have given him 50% def for 3 turns on ultra super and then when ki is 24 he gets 50% att and def on super and guards all attacks for the turn then he is always above 2mil def with guard and 30% DR after ultra super witch is amazing but still not the best in the game
Assuming that global is following last year’s schedule, he won’t be out till October. Though not sure how that’ll work based on the timeline they gave us for the sync.

I know that the devs are too dumb to make good decisions, but if Cell Max isn't on Global part 2 banner, then we will be even more behind for the synch, and won't catch up to JP until at the minimum September.
