This loaner is not completely terrible but them limiting the extra deck to 10 monsters was really stupid.
Like, for example where is Elf and Zeus? Bah

This deck actually is tactical try deck in ocg. Spright elf are banned in ocg. And zeus is on eldlich deck.

Is spright carrot an omni negate?
And please say why as it is written "Spell/trap card or effect" and I don't understand.

carrot negate spell/trap when the opponent activates it and "or effect" refers to effects of continuing spell/trap that have been activated on the field. it is not omni negate
