Hey Enderverse. I really loved your Modpacks video. I really enjoyed Aged! It was really awesome and challenging. I wanted to turn you onto another one made by “Poke” a member of the same Devs responsible for Aged. It’s called “ALBOE!” Available on curse forge. This modpacks seriously took the #1 spot for me pushing Dawncraft completely out of the way! It’s way more balanced and provides a really low Ram requirement. It was released 5days ago and it’s already sitting at over 100k DL last I checked. Also to be clear, I’m not endorsed by the Devs to recommend this, I just thought the community might wanna check this masterpiece of a pack out!

i downloaded 3 of these but could only get 1 working, 1 said it wouldnt work on optifine and needed me to download something else and then the other one was just black everywhere

@@DanDeMan_rethinking voxels literally is complementary but with ray tracing. However I like unbound more because that’s just my stylistic preference and rethinking voxels only has the reimagined one.

Super duper vanilla and Complementary unbound are gorgeous
Rethinking voxels probably have the best illumination but complementary unbound is the one who covers the best in most escenarios and is not so heavy
One of the coolest advantages of Complementary (And Rethinking Voxels, as it is a Complementary fork) compared to other shaders is that it offers an integrated PBR option, which isn't as good as dedicated LabPBR resource packs, as it lacks real parallax occlusion mapping, but works with everything and manages to simulate PBR surfaces. This means it can work with any texture pack or vanilla textures.
Why is that so good? I like to play with mods like biomes o plenty, better nether, terralith and so on, stuff that adds new blocks. If you use a high quality resource pack like Patrix, these blocks will look insanely good, but only cover the base game, not any add-biome mods, so you will have a mix of high quality blocks and low 16x16 blocks without any pbr next to each other in different situations, and it just bugs me.
So I rather play with a lower x16 resource pack or vanilla textures and use the shader's integrated PBR function to cover all blocks, including all mods I stuff into my game.

Some of my favorites to use have been SEUS Renewed, complimentary, and BSL
I would have to agree with you, except for BSL it’s just so foggy even when I turn the bloom off. So I would put sues HRR 2.1 in place of BSL
I think Kappa 5.2 and Continuum 2.1 are better than SEUS
isn't SEUS discontinued? their last update was back in 2020
@@robertraymond348 yes but at its time I considered it to be the best choice.
Other things like reimagined shaders have really taken off and those are probably the all around best currently although there seem to be so many good looking shaders that aren’t as mainstream
@@robertraymond348 heck no. Sues is still the most popular shader for Minecraft. Sues renewed was neglected for a time because the developer was working on the new PTGI Version (which is the best in my opinion) so it looked like he was completely done with sues renewed
in my opinion,the best shaders are Luxv1, complementary unbound and Bliss shader
They are all very good, but those 3 have details that others do not have as detailed (I hope you guys understood that) :)

Kind of a bad example in the nether for complementary unbound because the “nether storm” effect which has the heat lines depends on the biome which as i see you are in soul sand valley that is offscreen making it purple.
