Joker is more of a reaction type based character and on wifi you can’t really react to anything you just have to guess also Arsene can be easily camped bc of certain characters and their benifts on wifi and Jokers precise combos don’t even work because of the input delay of wifi and edgeguarding isn’t easy for him
